Ravioli delle Alpi
I ravioli fatti in modi diversi ma all'apparenza molto simili sono fatti in tutte le alpi, ripieni con erbette di montagna, con ricotta, con barbabietole e tanti altri ingredienti. Al Burz vengono proposti Casunzei, Casjinci, Schlutzkrapfen e Chjarsons.
Dalle ore 11.00 alle ore 16:00 ci sarà la possibilità di assaggiare le diverse varietà di ravioli!

Ravioli from the Alps
Ravioli from the Alps Ravioli made in different but apparently very similar ways are made throughout the Alps, filled with mountain herbs, with cottage cheese, with beets and many other ingredients.
Casunzei, Casjinci, Schlutzkrapfen and Chjarsons are offered at the Burz.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be an opportunity to taste the different varieties of ravioli!

Ravioli aus den Alpen
Überall in den Alpen werden Ravioli auf unterschiedliche, aber scheinbar sehr ähnliche Weise hergestellt, gefüllt mit Bergkräutern, mit Hüttenkäse, mit Rüben und vielen anderen Zutaten.
Casunzei, Casjinci, Schlutzkrapfen und Chjarsons werden im Burz angeboten.
Von 11 bis 16 Uhr gibt es die Möglichkeit, die verschiedenen Ravioli-Sorten zu probieren!
