I canederli o "balote" in ladino, tra i piatti tipici della zona, avranno un giorno interamente dedicato a loro al Rifugio Burz.
Canederli tradizionali e non, varianti salate o dolci, insomma ce ne sono per tutti i gusti!
Dalle ore 11.00 alle ore 16:00 ci sarà la possibilità di assaggiare le diverse varietà di canederli con l'incredibile vista sulle Dolomiti!

Canederli Day - Burz Refuge
Canederli, or “balote” in Ladin, one of the area's typical dishes, will have a day entirely dedicated to them at Rifugio Burz. Traditional and non-traditional dumplings, savoury or sweet variations, in short, there's a choice for everyone! From 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. there will be the opportunity to taste the different varieties of canederli with the incredible view of the Dolomites!

Knödel-Tag im Burz-Hütte
Im Rifugio Burz wird den Canederli, die zu den typischen lokalen Gerichten gehören, ein ganzer Tag gefeiert.
Traditionelle und nicht-traditionelle Knödel, würzige oder süße Variationen, kurzum, es ist für jeden etwas dabei!
Von 11.00 bis 16.00 Uhr gibt es die Möglichkeit, die verschiedenen Canederli-Variationen zu probieren und dabei den unglaublichen Blick auf die Dolomiten zu genießen!
