Un evento che mescola storia e leggenda, un viaggio affascinante nel cuore del Rinascimento, dove la tradizione della Dama Vivente rivive ogni anno, tra tamburi, bandiere gialloblu e l’entusiasmo del pubblico.
La rievocazione storica di Conegliano torna domenica 1° giugno, con un’edizione speciale dedicata alla battaglia del 1233 tra Conegliano e Treviso. In quell’anno, i coneglianesi respinsero l’assalto dei trevigiani e li condussero prigionieri al Castello di Conegliano. I trevigiani furono costretti a trainare un carro con sopra i vincitori, risalendo la ripida Calle degli Asini fino al Castello.
Il culmine dello spettacolo, intitolato "Anno Domini 1233", è la tradizionale partita a dama vivente, in cui due quartieri della città si sfidano simbolicamente per ricevere le chiavi di Conegliano e custodirle per un anno intero.
La manifestazione inizierà alle 20.00 con il Corteo Rinascimentale, che vedrà oltre 200 figuranti in abiti storici attraversare la città. Lo spettacolo comincerà alle 21.00 in Piazza Cima. In caso di pioggia, l'evento sarà rimandato a lunedì 2 giugno. Per assistere alla partita, è necessario acquistare un biglietto sul sito dell'associazione.

The historical reenactment of Conegliano returns on Sunday, June 1st, with a special edition dedicated to the battle of 1233 between Conegliano and Treviso. That year, the people of Conegliano repelled the assault of the Trevigiani and took them prisoners to the Castle of Conegliano. The Trevigiani were forced to pull a cart with the winners on it, climbing the steep Calle degli Asini to the Castle.
The highlight of the show, titled "Anno Domini 1233", is the traditional game of living chess, in which two neighborhoods of the city symbolically compete to receive the keys of Conegliano and guard them for an entire year.
The event will start at 8:00 PM with the Renaissance Parade, featuring over 200 performers in historical costumes traversing the city. The show will begin at 9:00 PM in Piazza Cima. Die historische Nachstellung von Conegliano kehrt am Sonntag, den 1. Juni zurück, mit einer Sonderausgabe, die der Schlacht von 1233 zwischen Conegliano und Treviso gewidmet ist. In diesem Jahr wiesen die Coneglianesi den Angriff der Trevigiani zurück und führten sie gefangen ins Schloss von Conegliano. Die Trevigiani waren gezwungen, einen Wagen mit den Siegern zu ziehen, die den steilen Calle degli Asini hinauf zum Schloss fuhren.
Der Höhepunkt der Aufführung, betitelt "Anno Domini 1233", ist das traditionelle Spiel der lebenden Dame, in dem zwei Stadtviertel symbolisch gegeneinander antreten, um die Schlüssel von Conegliano zu empfangen und sie einen ganzen Jahr lang zu bewahren.
