Da sabato 4 a lunedì 6 Aprile si terrà a Conegliano, in piazza Calvi, il Carbonara Festival, evento gastronomico nel quale potrete assaggiare il meglio della cucina romana, tra cui pasta carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana e molto altro ancora, il tutto accompagnato da bevande a scelta tra birre, cocktail e vini.
Saranno disponibili opzioni vegane e vegetariane. Sarà inoltre presente, con offerte senza glutine, una cucina su ruote certificata e incontaminata dove potrete assaggiare i 3 Primi Piatti della tradizione, Fritti, Panino con Porchetta Originale dei castelli IGP e dolci del giorno.
Tavoli e panche saranno a disposizione per gustare comodamente pranzo e cena, senza necessità di prenotazione.
Tutte le pietanze sono acquistabili anche da asporto.
L'evento sarà accompagnato da Stornelli Romani e musica Italiana live Sabato sera e Lunedì a pranzo.
L'ingresso è libero e si terrà sabato 4 e domenica 5 dalle 12:00 alle 23:30, mentre lunedì 6 dalle 12:00 alle 22:00.
From Saturday the 4th to Monday the 6th of April, the Carbonara Festival will take place in Conegliano, in piazza Calvi. This gastronomic event will allow you to taste the best of Roman cuisine, including carbonara pasta, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, and much more, all accompanied by a selection of drinks including beers, cocktails, and wines.
Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. Additionally, there will be a certified gluten-free food truck where you can sample 3 traditional First Courses, Fried Dishes, a Sandwich with Original Porchetta from the IGP castles, and daily desserts.
Tables and benches will be available to comfortably enjoy lunch and dinner, without the need for reservations.
All dishes are also available for takeaway.
The event will be accompanied by Roman Stornelli and live Italian music on Saturday evening and Monday at lunch.
Admission is free, and it will be held on Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM, while on Monday the 6th from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

April findet in Conegliano, auf der Calvi-Platz, das Carbonara Festival statt, ein gastronomisches Event, bei dem Sie das Beste der römischen Küche probieren können, darunter Pasta Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana und vieles mehr, alles begleitet von Getränken zur Wahl zwischen Bieren, Cocktails und Weinen.
Es werden vegane und vegetarische Optionen verfügbar sein. Außerdem wird ein zertifiziertes und unberührtes Straßenküchenangebot mit glutenfreien Optionen anwesend sein, wo Sie die 3 traditionellen Hauptgerichte, Fritti, ein Sandwich mit Original Porchetta aus den IGP-Hügeln und die Desserts des Tages probieren können.
Tische und Bänke stehen zur Verfügung, um das Mittag- und Abendessen bequem zu genießen, ohne dass eine Reservierung erforderlich ist.
Alle Gerichte sind auch zum Mitnehmen erhältlich.
Die Veranstaltung wird begleitet von römischen Stornelli und Live-Musik aus Italien am Samstagabend und Montagmittag.
Der Eintritt ist frei und findet am Samstag, den 4. und Sonntag, den 5. von 12:00 bis 23:30 Uhr statt, während am Montag, den 6. von 12:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist.
