Venerdì 17 luglio 2026, il Rifugio Averau apre le porte a un evento esclusivo dedicato ai tesori botanici dell’alta quota: una passeggiata immersiva tra prati fioriti e panorami mozzafiato, accompagnati da Irene De Pellegrini, guida ambientale ed esperta botanica.
Partendo dal Rifugio Fedare verso il suggestivo Jouf de Melei, scoprirai il mondo segreto delle erbe alpine, le proprietà delle piante officinali e la spettacolare fioritura dell’arnica, simbolo del benessere naturale di montagna.
E dopo il cammino… il gusto prende quota.
A quota 2.416 metri, ti aspetta un raffinato pranzo gourmet firmato Rifugio Averau, con piatti speciali ispirati alle erbe e ai profumi dei pascoli dolomitici: un’esperienza culinaria autentica, elegante e profondamente legata al territorio.

Starting from Rifugio Fedare towards the enchanting Jouf de Melei, you will discover the hidden world of alpine herbs, the healing properties of medicinal plants, and the spectacular blooming of arnica, symbol of natural mountain wellness.
And after the walk… flavor reaches new heights.
At an altitude of 2,416 meters, a refined gourmet lunch signed by Rifugio Averau awaits you, featuring special dishes inspired by alpine herbs and the fragrances of the Dolomite pastures: an authentic, elegant culinary experience deeply connected to the local territory.

Am Freitag 17. Juli 2026 öffnet die Hütte Averau ihre Türen für ein exklusives Event, das den botanischen Schätzen der Hochlagen gewidmet ist: ein immersiver Spaziergang durch blühende Wiesen und atemberaubende Ausblicke, begleitet von Irene De Pellegrini, Umweltführerin und erfahrene Botanikerin.
Ausgehend von der Hütte Fedare in Richtung des malerischen Jouf de Melei wirst du die geheime Welt der Alpenkräuter entdecken, die Eigenschaften der Heilpflanzen und die spektakuläre Blüte des Arnika, Symbol des natürlichen Bergwohlbefindens.
Und nach dem Weg… hebt der Geschmack ab.
In einer Höhe von 2.416 Metern erwartet dich ein raffiniertes Gourmet-Mittagessen mit Unterschrift von Hütte Averau, mit speziellen Gerichten, die von Kräutern und den Aromen der Dolomitweiden inspiriert sind: ein authentisches, elegantes kulinarisches Erlebnis, das tief mit dem Gebiet verbunden ist.
