Domenica 26 luglio 2026 il Rifugio Averau, nel cuore delle Dolomiti ampezzane, ospita uno degli appuntamenti estivi più attesi dedicati alla montagna, alla spiritualità e alla musica corale. Un evento capace di unire la bellezza del paesaggio d’alta quota all’emozione del canto tradizionale alpino.
La giornata si aprirà alle ore 11:00 con la celebrazione della Santa Messa accompagnata dalla Corale Cortina, che animerà il momento liturgico con il proprio repertorio sacro, culminando nella suggestiva benedizione in quota.
Dopo la funzione, gli ospiti potranno concedersi una pausa gastronomica immersi nello scenario unico delle Dolomiti. Per il pranzo, oltre alle specialità del rifugio, saranno protagonisti i tradizionali maialini allo spiedo, cucinati lentamente per sette ore su braci di larice secondo l’antica tradizione di montagna.
Alle ore 14:30 spazio alla musica con il concerto estivo della Corale Cortina diretta dal maestro Klaus Cordella. Il repertorio proporrà canti popolari e brani della tradizione dei cori di montagna, regalando al pubblico un’esperienza autentica e coinvolgente.
Il Rifugio Averau è raggiungibile tramite la seggiovia Fedare dal Passo Giau oppure a piedi dal Rifugio Scoiattoli, collegato a valle dalla seggiovia delle 5 Torri.

Sunday, July 26, 2026 the Averau Refuge, in the heart of the Ampezzo Dolomites, hosts one of the most awaited summer events dedicated to the mountains, spirituality, and choral music. An event capable of uniting the beauty of the high-altitude landscape with the emotion of traditional alpine singing.
The day will open at 11:00 a.m. with the celebration of the Holy Mass accompanied by the Corale Cortina, which will enliven the liturgical moment with its sacred repertoire, culminating in the evocative blessing at high altitude.
After the service, guests can enjoy a gastronomic break immersed in the unique scenery of the Dolomites. For lunch, in addition to the specialties of the refuge, the traditional spit-roasted piglets will take center stage, slowly cooked for seven hours over larch embers according to the ancient mountain tradition.
At 2:30 p.m. there will be space for music with the summer concert of the Corale Cortina conducted by maestro Klaus Cordella. The repertoire will feature folk songs and pieces from the mountain choir tradition, giving the audience an authentic and engaging experience.
The Averau Refuge can be reached via the Fedare chairlift from Passo Giau or on foot from the Scoiattoli Refuge, connected downhill by the 5 Torri chairlift.

Sonntag, 26. Juli 2026 im Rifugio Averau, im Herzen der Ampezzaner Dolomiten, findet eines der am meisten erwarteten Sommerereignisse statt, das der Berge, der Spiritualität und der Chormusik gewidmet ist. Ein Event, das die Schönheit der hochalpinen Landschaft mit der Emotion des traditionellen alpenländischen Gesangs verbindet.
Der Tag beginnt um 11:00 Uhr mit der Feier der Heiligen Messe , die von der Corale Cortina begleitet wird, die den liturgischen Moment mit ihrem sakralen Repertoire bereichern wird und in dem eindrucksvollen Segen in der Höhe gipfelt.
Nach dem Gottesdienst können die Gäste eine kulinarische Pause in der einzigartigen Kulisse der Dolomiten genießen. Zum Mittagessen werden neben den Spezialitäten des Rifugios die traditionellen Spießschweine, die langsam sieben Stunden über Lärchenkohlen gemäß der alten Bergtradition zubereitet werden, im Mittelpunkt stehen.
Um 14:30 Uhr gibt es Musik mit dem Sommerkonzert der Corale Cortina , geleitet von Maestro Klaus Cordella. Das Repertoire wird Volkslieder und Stücke aus der Tradition der Bergchöre bieten und dem Publikum ein authentisches und fesselndes Erlebnis schenken.
Das Rifugio Averau ist über die Seilbahn Fedare vom Passo Giau oder zu Fuß vom Rifugio Scoiattoli erreichbar, das im Tal mit der Seilbahn der 5 Torri verbunden ist.
