Come festeggiare "San Valentino" secondo la famiglia Siorpaes del rifugio Averau:
tra paesaggi mozzafiato, gusto e bellezza, affinchè il ricordo sia assolutamente indimenticabile.
Come da tradizione, nel corso della Settimana dell’Amore, da lunedì 9 a sabato 14 febbraio, la famiglia Siorpaes celebra San Valentino e l'Amore con un menù super speciale da gustare sulla terrazza con l'incredibile vista su Civetta e Marmolada.
Durante questa settimana sarà possibile assaggiare i piatti preparati appositamente e soltanto per questo periodo speciale.
I piatti troveranno l'abbinamento perfetto con la carta dei vini selezionati da Matteo, appassionato chef e sommelier di casa.
La calda e luminosa atmosfera del rifugio unito all'accogliente solarità di Sandro e Margot faranno da completamento a una giornata speciale da condividere con la persona amata nel cuore delle Dolomiti.
ll momento clou dell'evento si raggiungerà venerdì 14 febbraio quando verrà organizzata la Cena di San Valentino: oltre al menù della Settimana dell’Amore il programma prevede l'aperitivo di benvenuto.

How to celebrate "Valentine's Day" according to the Siorpaes family of the Averau refuge:

As per tradition, during the Week of Love, from Monday, February 9 to Saturday, February 14, the Siorpaes family celebrates Valentine's Day and Love with a super special menu to enjoy on the terrace with the incredible view of Civetta and Marmolada.
During this week, it will be possible to taste the dishes prepared specifically and solely for this special period.
The dishes will find the perfect pairing with the wine list selected by Matteo, the passionate chef and sommelier of the house.
The warm and bright atmosphere of the refuge, combined with the welcoming warmth of Sandro and Margot, will complete a special day to share with your loved one in the heart of the Dolomites.
The highlight of the event will be reached on Friday, February 14 when the Valentine's Day Dinner will be organized: in addition to the menu of the Week of Love, the program includes the welcome aperitif.

Wie die Familie Siorpaes im Rifugio Averau "Valentinstag" feiert:
zwischen atemberaubenden Landschaften, Geschmack und Schönheit, damit die Erinnerung absolut unvergesslich wird.
Wie es Tradition ist, feiert die Familie Siorpaes im Laufe der Woche der Liebe, von Montag, dem 9. bis Samstag, dem 14. Februar, den Valentinstag und die Liebe mit einem super speziellen Menü auf der Terrasse mit dem unglaublichen Blick auf die Civetta und Marmolada.
Während dieser Woche wird es möglich sein, die speziell für diesen besonderen Zeitraum zubereiteten Gerichte zu probieren.
Die Gerichte finden die perfekte Ergänzung zu der Weinkarte ausgewählt von Matteo, dem leidenschaftlichen Koch und Sommelier des Hauses.
Die warme und helle Atmosphäre des Rifugios, vereint mit der einladenden Herzlichkeit von Sandro und Margot, wird den perfekten Rahmen für einen besonderen Tag bieten, den man mit der geliebten Person im Herzen der Dolomiten teilen kann.
Der Höhepunkt der Veranstaltung wird am Freitag, dem 14. Februar erreicht, wenn das Valentinstagsdinner organisiert wird: neben dem Menü der Woche der Liebe ist im Programm auch der Willkommens-Aperitif enthalten.
HINWEIS: Das Menü der Liebe für zwei Personen wird zum halben Preis der Dame des Paares angeboten, die mit einem Ausdruck dieser Seite erscheint.
