E poi c’è il Rifugio Averau, dove l’amore si celebra più vicino alle stelle, avvolti dal silenzio delle Dolomiti e da un’atmosfera che profuma di esclusività.
Da tradizione, il Rifugio Averau dedica un’intera settimana alla festa degli innamorati, con un menù speciale pensato per due, creato per sorprendere, emozionare e condividere.
Ma è la sera del 14 febbraio il momento più atteso, il cuore pulsante della celebrazione.
Le coppie vengono accolte con uno speciale aperitivo di benvenuto, in un ambiente caldo, intimo e avvolgente, dove luci soffuse, dettagli curati e panorami senza tempo trasformano la cena in un’esperienza memorabile.
Per rendere la serata ancora più romantica, il viaggio verso l’amore diventa parte dell’emozione.
Il programma della serata:
- Salita notturna con la suggestiva seggiovia delle 5 Torri illuminata, fino al Rifugio Scoiattoli
- Ritrovo tassativo alle ore 20:00 presso la seggiovia
- Dal Rifugio Scoiattoli, trasferimento al Rifugio Averau in motoslitta, per un arrivo scenografico tra neve, stelle e silenzi
- Cena romantica e festa in rifugio, tra sapori d’alta quota e un’atmosfera che invita a rallentare e godersi ogni istante
- Rientro in motoslitta, per chiudere la serata sotto un cielo che sembra disegnato apposta per gli innamorati
È un’esperienza che va oltre la cena: è un viaggio sensoriale, un equilibrio perfetto tra natura estrema e accoglienza elegante, tra avventura e romanticismo.

Traditionally, the Averau Refuge dedicates an entire week to the festival of lovers, with a special menu designed for two, created to surprise, excite, and share.
But it is the evening of February 14 that is the most anticipated moment, the heart of the celebration.
Couples are welcomed with a special welcome aperitif, in a warm, intimate, and enveloping environment, where dim lights, thoughtful details, and timeless views turn dinner into a memorable experience.
To make the evening even more romantic, the journey to love becomes part of the emotion.
The evening program:
- Night ascent with the suggestive illuminated 5 Torri chairlift, up to the Scoiattoli Refuge
- Mandatory meeting at 8:00 PM at the chairlift
- From the Scoiattoli Refuge, transfer to the Averau Refuge by snowmobile, for a scenic arrival among snow, stars, and silence
- Romantic dinner and party in the refuge, among high-altitude flavors and an atmosphere that invites slowing down and enjoying every moment
- Return by snowmobile, to conclude the evening under a sky that seems designed just for lovers
It’s an experience that goes beyond dinner: it’s a sensory journey, a perfect balance between extreme nature and elegant hospitality, between adventure and romanticism.

Das Programm für den Abend:
- Nachtaufstieg mit dem beeindruckenden Beleuchteten Sessellift der 5 Torri, bis zur Rifugio Scoiattoli
- Treffpunkt dringend um 20:00 Uhr an der Seilbahn
- Von der Rifugio Scoiattoli erfolgt der Transfer zur Rifugio Averau mit dem Schneemobil, für eine szenische Ankunft zwischen Schnee, Sternen und Stille
- Romantisches Dinner und Feier im Refugium, zwischen hochalpinen Aromen und einer Atmosphäre, die dazu einlädt, langsamer zu werden und jeden Moment zu genießen
- Rückfahrt mit dem Schneemobil, um den Abend unter einem Himmel zu beenden, der wie für Verliebte gemacht scheint
Es ist ein Erlebnis, das über das Abendessen hinausgeht: es ist eine sensorische Reise, ein perfektes Gleichgewicht zwischen extremer Natur und eleganter Gastfreundschaft, zwischen Abenteuer und Romantik.
