Dal 27 maggio al 1° giugno, Belluno ospita come da tradizione “Pesce&Prosecco”, un evento dedicato alla scoperta dell'eccelenza del mare in tavola con la tipica cucina chioggiota. Un’iniziativa che nasce con l’obiettivo di avvicinare il pubblico al mare, promuovendo una maggiore consapevolezza sulle buone pratiche per la tutela dell’ambiente marino.
Protagonisti sono i sapori autentici della tradizione chioggiotta, con piatti tipici a base di pesce e degustazioni di vini del territorio, in un percorso che unisce gusto, cultura e sostenibilità. L’evento rappresenta un’occasione per riscoprire il legame profondo tra la città e il mare, elemento identitario che da sempre ne caratterizza la storia e lo sviluppo.
Gli stand gastronomici saranno aperti a pranzo e cena dal 27 al 31 maggio, mentre il 1° giugno sarà possibile partecipare solo al servizio del pranzo. Disponibile anche il servizio d’asporto, per vivere l’esperienza di Mareadentro anche fuori dall’area dell’evento.
From May 27 to June 1, Belluno hosts the traditional “Fish&Prosecco”, an event dedicated to the discovery of the excellence of the sea on the table with the typical Chioggian cuisine. An initiative born with the aim of bringing the public closer to the sea, promoting greater awareness about the good practices for the protection of the marine environment.
The protagonists are the authentic flavors of the Chioggian tradition, featuring typical fish-based dishes and wine tastings from the region, in a journey that combines taste, culture, and sustainability. The event represents an opportunity to rediscover the deep bond between the city and the sea, an identity element that has always characterized its history and development.
The food stands will be open for lunch and dinner from May 27 to 31, while on June 1 it will be possible to participate only in the lunch service. Takeaway service will also be available, to enjoy the Mareadentro experience even beyond the event area.
Vom 27. Mai bis 1. Juni veranstaltet Belluno traditionell das “Fisch&Prosecco”, eine Veranstaltung, die der Entdeckung der Meeres-exzellenz auf dem Tisch mit der typischen Chioggia-Küche gewidmet ist. Eine Initiative, die darauf abzielt, das Publikum mit dem Meer vertraut zu machen und ein größeres Bewusstsein für gute Praktiken zum Schutz der Meeresumwelt zu fördern.
Die Protagonisten sind die authentischen Aromen der Chioggia-Tradition, mit typischen Fischgerichten und Weinprobe aus der Region, in einem Weg, der Geschmack, Kultur und Nachhaltigkeit vereint. Die Veranstaltung bietet eine Gelegenheit, die tiefe Verbindung zwischen der Stadt und dem Meer, einem identitätsstiftenden Element, das seit jeher ihre Geschichte und Entwicklung prägt, wiederzuentdecken.
Die gastronomischen Stände sind vom 27. bis 31. Mai zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet, während am 1. Juni lediglich der Mittagsservice möglich sein wird. Es gibt auch einen Take-away-Service, um das Mareadentro-Erlebnis auch außerhalb des Veranstaltungsbereichs zu genießen.
