Martedì 28 aprile, dalle 18.30, di terrà la presentazione di “Non è cibo. L’invasione degli ultraprocessati” di Alessandro Franceschini alla Biblioteca Civica di Belluno.
La sala del Palazzo Crepadona della Biblioteca Civica di Belluno ospiterà la presentazione di “Non è cibo” in formato talk.
Patatine dai gusti improbabili, orsetti gommosi, nuggets di pollo stampati in serie. Perché scegliamo sempre più spesso alimenti ultra-processati? E quali conseguenze ha il consumo del “non-cibo” sulla nostra salute, sull’ambiente, sull’economia?
Questo libro offre risposte e propone alternative per fermarne l’invasione. Prima che il cibo mangi noi.
