Venerdì 23 gennaio alle 18:00 il Centro Culturale Crepadona ospiterà la conferenza a cura della LAV "Il ritorno dei lupi. Conoscerli per convivere in sicurezza. Tra comprensibili preoccupazioni e realtà scientifiche".
Il ritorno del lupo nella provincia di Belluno ha generato grande preoccupazione tra i cittadini i quali, privi di informazioni utili a favorire la convivenza pacifica con la specie, sono spesso vittime di notizie allarmistiche basate più su preconcetti che sulla reale conoscenza etologica e biologica della specie.
Tale quadro non ha fatto altro che aumentare le legittime preoccupazioni della comunità generando altresì paure nella maggior parte ingiustificate, con importanti ricadute negative che influenzano la serenità e le relazioni sociali. Non è più procrastinabile dunque un intervento di informazione e formazione della cittadinanza, curata in collaborazione con gli enti istituzionali e i più accreditati esponenti del mondo scientifico.
Si vuole dunque proporre un incontro formativo e informativo, rivolto ai cittadini, nel corso del quale potranno essere messe a disposizione le più aggiornate informazioni scientifiche utili a prevenire e gestire in sicurezza i possibili incontri con i lupi. Ma anche necessarie per poter sfatare i miti negativi che ovunque nel nostro Paese, hanno accompagnato il ritorno della specie, creando preoccupazioni di cui tutte le amministrazioni, a qualsiasi livello, dovrebbero farsi carico.

On Friday, January 23 at 6:00 PM, the Crepadona Cultural Center will host the conference by LAV "The Return of Wolves. Understanding Them to Coexist Safely. Between Understandable Concerns and Scientific Realities."
The return of the wolf in the province of Belluno has generated great concern among the citizens who, lacking useful information to facilitate peaceful coexistence with the species, are often victims of alarmist news based more on preconceived notions than on the actual ethological and biological knowledge of the species.
This situation has only increased the legitimate concerns of the community, also generating fears that are largely unfounded, with significant negative repercussions affecting serenity and social relations. An information and training intervention for citizens can no longer be postponed, organized in collaboration with institutional bodies and the most accredited representatives of the scientific community.
A training and informational meeting is therefore being proposed for citizens, during which the most up-to-date scientific information useful for preventing and safely managing potential encounters with wolves will be made available. But also necessary to dispel the negative myths that have accompanied the return of the species throughout our country, creating concerns that all administrations, at any level, should address.

Am Freitag, den 23. Januar, um 18:00 Uhr wird das Kulturzentrum Crepadona die Konferenz der LAV "Die Rückkehr der Wölfe. Sie kennenzulernen, um sicher zu leben. Zwischen verständlichen Sorgen und wissenschaftlichen Tatsachen" ausrichten.
Die Rückkehr des Wolfes in der Provinz Belluno hat unter den Bürgern große Besorgnis ausgelöst, da sie oft an nützlichen Informationen zur Förderung eines friedlichen Zusammenlebens mit der Art fehlen und häufig Opfer alarmierender Nachrichten werden, die mehr auf Vorurteilen als auf echtem ethologischem und biologischem Wissen über die Art basieren.
Dieses Bild hat nur die berechtigten Sorgen der Gemeinschaft verstärkt und gleichzeitig Ängste erzeugt, die in den meisten Fällen unbegründet sind, mit wichtigen negativen Auswirkungen, die die Gelassenheit und die sozialen Beziehungen beeinträchtigen. Ein Eingreifen zur Information und Weiterbildung der Bevölkerung ist daher nicht länger aufschiebbar, in Zusammenarbeit mit den institutionellen Behörden und den anerkanntesten Vertretern der wissenschaftlichen Gemeinschaft.
Es soll daher ein informatives und schulungsbezogenes Treffen angeboten werden, das sich an die Bürger richtet, bei dem die aktuellsten wissenschaftlichen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, um mögliche Begegnungen mit Wölfen sicher zu verhindern und zu managen. Aber auch notwendig, um die negativen Mythen auszuräumen, die überall in unserem Land die Rückkehr der Art begleitet haben und Sorgen erzeugt haben, um die sich alle Verwaltungen auf jeder Ebene kümmern sollten.
