Metàlogos S.C., con il patrocinio della Direzione Strategica Welfare Territoriale e Parità di Genere della Provincia di Belluno propone una serata aperta alla cittadinanza, organizzata nell’ambito del progetto “Oltre Disruption – Un patto per cambiare cultura” (DGR. 588/2025): Il costo della virilità - Parole, storie e visioni per un cambiamento culturale.
L’evento nasce per stimolare una riflessione collettiva sulle radici culturali della violenza di genere: educazione, disuguaglianze, stereotipi e costruzioni sociali che influenzano profondamente la vita delle persone e della comunità.
Aprirà l’incontro Flavia Monego, Consigliera di Parità Provinciale, con i saluti istituzionali. Interverranno:
- Azzurra Rinaldi, docente, economista e attivista, sul rapporto tra genere, economia e prevenzione della violenza;
- Patrizia Garengo, docente dell’Università di Padova.
Introdurrà, per Belluno Donna, Francesca Quaglia, con un approfondimento sulla violenza economica, fenomeno ancora troppo poco conosciuto.
A chiusura della serata ci sarà lo spettacolo teatrale FREEVOLA, scritto e interpretato da Lucia Raffaella Mariani.

Metàlogos S.C., with the sponsorship of the Strategic Direction for Territorial Welfare and Gender Equality of the Province of Belluno, proposes an evening open to the public, organized as part of the project “Beyond Disruption – A pact to change culture” (DGR. 588/2025): The Cost of Masculinity - Words, stories, and visions for cultural change.
The event aims to stimulate a collective reflection on the cultural roots of gender violence: education, inequalities, stereotypes, and social constructs that profoundly influence people's lives and the community.
The meeting will be opened by Flavia Monego, Provincial Equal Opportunities Councillor, with institutional greetings. The following speakers will intervene:
- Azzurra Rinaldi, teacher, economist, and activist, on the relationship between gender, economy, and violence prevention;
- Patrizia Garengo, teacher at the University of Padua.
Introducing, on behalf of Belluno Donna, Francesca Quaglia, with an in-depth analysis of economic violence, a phenomenon still too little known.
At the end of the evening, there will be the theatrical performance FREEVOLA, written and performed by Lucia Raffaella Mariani.

Metàlogos S.C., mit der Unterstützung der strategischen Direktion für territoriales Wohlergehen und Geschlechtergleichheit der Provinz Belluno, organisiert eine offene Abendveranstaltung für die Bürgerschaft, im Rahmen des Projekts “Oltre Disruption – Ein Pakt zur Veränderung der Kultur” (DGR. 588/2025): Die Kosten der Männlichkeit - Worte, Geschichten und Visionen für einen kulturellen Wandel.
Die Veranstaltung entstand, um eine kollektive Reflexion über die kulturellen Wurzeln der geschlechtsspezifischen Gewalt anzuregen: Bildung, Ungleichheiten, Stereotype und soziale Konstruktionen, die das Leben der Menschen und der Gemeinschaft tiefgreifend beeinflussen.
Das Treffen wird eröffnet von Flavia Monego, der Gleichstellungsbeauftragten der Provinz, mit institutionellen Begrüßungen. Folgende Personen werden sprechen:
- Azzurra Rinaldi, Dozentin, Ökonomin und Aktivistin, über den Zusammenhang zwischen Geschlecht, Wirtschaft und Gewaltprävention;
- Patrizia Garengo, Dozentin der Universität Padova.
Für Belluno Donna wird Francesca Quaglia eine Einführung geben, mit einer Vertiefung zum Thema ökonomische Gewalt, einem noch zu wenig bekannten Phänomen.
Den Abschluss des Abends bildet das Theaterstück FREEVOLA, geschrieben und dargestellt von Lucia Raffaella Mariani.
