Domenica 25 ottobre torna Gosèr Trail, una gara di corsa in montagna.

Nuovo percorso di 14 km con 1000 m di dislivello: il percorso, sviluppato per il 95% su sterrato e per il restante 5% su asfalto, si snoda prevalentemente su strade e sentieri di montagna, senza passaggi di tipo alpinistico. Si richiede pertanto prudenza ed adeguata preparazione fisica.
Il percorso lungo sarà di 14 km per un dislivello di metri 1000 D+ e sarà segnato da apposite fettucce Bianco - Verdi, segnavia e tabelle e frecce.

Per il completamento della gara è fissato il tempo massimo di 4 ore. L’Organizzazione si riserva di poter variare il percorso laddove ritenuto opportuno per motivi di sicurezza o subentrate cause di forza maggiore.
Lungo il percorso sono previsti posti di controllo, due ristori ed un ulteriore ristoro all’arrivo.

Mini trail ludico-motorio per famiglie e bimbi: gara non competitiva. Il percorso, sviluppato per l'80% su sterrato e per il restante 20% su asfalto, comunque non affrontabile con passeggini, si snoda prevalentemente su strade forestali, prati e boschi senza passaggi pericolosi. 
Il percorso sarà lungo 5 km e sarà segnato da apposite fettucce Bianco - Verdi, e tabelle.

Per il completamento della marcia è fissato il tempo massimo di 2 ore. L’Organizzazione si riserva di poter variare il percorso laddove ritenuto opportuno per motivi di sicurezza o subentrate cause di forza maggiore. Lungo il percorso sono previsti posti di controllo e 2 ristori (uno lungo il percorso e l’altro all’arrivo).

On Sunday, October 25, the Gosèr Trail returns, a mountain running race.

New route of 14 km with 1000 m of elevation gain: the route, developed 95% on dirt and 5% on asphalt, primarily winds through mountain roads and trails, with no alpine-type passages. Caution and adequate physical preparation are therefore required.
The long course will be 14 km with an elevation gain of 1000 m D+ and will be marked by special white and green ribbons, signposts, and arrows.

A maximum time limit of 4 hours is set for completing the race. The organization reserves the right to change the route where deemed necessary for safety reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Control posts, two refreshment stations, and an additional refreshment station at the finish will be provided along the route.

Mini trail for families and kids: non-competitive race. The route, developed 80% on dirt and 20% on asphalt, is not suitable for strollers and primarily winds through forest roads, meadows, and woods without dangerous passages. 
The route will be 5 km long and will be marked by special white and green ribbons and signs.

A maximum time limit of 2 hours is set for completing the march. The organization reserves the right to change the route where deemed necessary for safety reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Control posts and 2 refreshment stations (one along the route and the other at the finish) will be provided along the route.

Sonntag, 25. Oktober kehrt Gosèr Trail zurück, ein Berglauf.

Neue Strecke von 14 km mit 1000 m Höhenunterschied: Die Strecke, die zu 95 % auf Schotter und zu 5 % auf Asphalt verläuft, zieht sich überwiegend über Straßen und Wege in den Bergen, ohne alpine Abschnitte. Daher sind Vorsicht und eine angemessene körperliche Vorbereitung erforderlich.
Die lange Strecke wird 14 km mit einem Höhenunterschied von 1000 m D+ betragen und wird mit speziellen weißen und grünen Fähnchen, Wegweisern und Tafeln sowie Pfeilen gekennzeichnet.

Für den Abschluss des Rennens ist eine maximale Zeit von 4 Stunden festgelegt. Die Organisation behält sich das Recht vor, die Strecke aus Sicherheitsgründen oder aufgrund höherer Gewalt zu ändern.
Entlang der Strecke sind Kontrollstationen, zwei Verpflegungsstellen und eine weitere Verpflegungsstelle im Ziel vorgesehen.

Mini-Trail für Familien und Kinder: nicht wettkampfmäßiger Lauf. Die Strecke, die zu 80 % auf Schotter und zu 20 % auf Asphalt verläuft, ist jedoch nicht mit Kinderwagen befahrbar und zieht sich überwiegend über Forstwege, Wiesen und Wälder ohne gefährliche Abschnitte.
Die Strecke wird 5 km lang sein und wird mit speziellen weißen und grünen Fähnchen und Tafeln gekennzeichnet.

Für den Abschluss des Marsches ist eine maximale Zeit von 2 Stunden festgelegt. Die Organisation behält sich das Recht vor, die Strecke aus Sicherheitsgründen oder aufgrund höherer Gewalt zu ändern.
