In occasione delle Giornate FAI di Primavera, il Rifugio Antiaereo sotto Piazza dei Martiri viene riaperto al pubblico con delle visite guidate.
Durante le Giornate FAI sarà possibile accedere a un luogo da sempre noto alla popolazione, ma rimasto a lungo inaccessibile e chiuso al pubblico.
Il percorso di visita si snoda lungo il tunnel di ingresso e prosegue nelle gallerie sotterranee che si estendono al di sotto del centro storico. Attraversando i diversi ambienti del rifugio, sarà possibile osservare le grandi scritte segnaletiche originali, realizzate per mantenere l’ordine durante i bombardamenti.
All’interno delle gallerie verranno approfonditi il contesto storico della loro realizzazione e gli aspetti strutturali e architettonici di questo complesso sistema di rifugi realizzato a protezione della popolazione civile.

On the occasion of the FAI Spring Days, the Air Raid Shelter under Piazza dei Martiri will be reopened to the public with guided tours.
During the FAI Days, it will be possible to access a place that has always been known to the population but has long remained inaccessible and closed to the public.
The visitor route runs along the entrance tunnel and continues into the underground galleries that extend beneath the historic center. As visitors traverse the different areas of the shelter, they will be able to observe the large original signage, created to maintain order during the bombings.
Within the galleries, the historical context of their construction and the structural and architectural aspects of this complex system of shelters built to protect the civilian population will be explored.

Anlässlich der FAI-Frühlingstage wird der Luftschutzbunker unter der Piazza dei Martiri wieder für die Öffentlichkeit geöffnet, mit geführten Besichtigungen.
Während der FAI-Tage wird es möglich sein, einen Ort zu betreten, der der Bevölkerung immer bekannt war, aber lange Zeit unzugänglich und für die Öffentlichkeit geschlossen blieb.
Der Besichtigungsweg führt durch den Eingangstunnel und setzt sich in den unterirdischen Gängen fort, die sich unter dem historischen Zentrum erstrecken. Beim Durchqueren der verschiedenen Bereiche des Bunkers kann man die großen originalen Hinweisbeschilderungen beobachten, die zur Aufrechterhaltung der Ordnung während der Bombardierungen angefertigt wurden.
Innerhalb der Gänge werden der historische Kontext ihrer Errichtung und die strukturellen sowie architektonischen Aspekte dieses komplexen Systems von Bunkern, das zum Schutz der Zivilbevölkerung errichtet wurde, vertieft.
