REGOLAMENTO
1. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali è aperta ai Soci di tutte le Sezioni del CAI ed ai
simpatizzanti.
2. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali comporta la conoscenza e l’accettazione del
presente regolamento.
3. Per i viaggi di trasferimento si prevede di norma l’uso di mezzi propri, il costo di
eventuali impianti di risalita, pullman o taxi è a carico dei partecipanti.
4. Il Coordinatore dell’uscita ha la facoltà di modificare il programma o annullare la stessa
per ragioni di opportunità o di necessità e si riserva di non accettare l'iscrizione o
escludere in ogni momento i partecipanti che a suo insindacabile giudizio non siano
idonei, per carenza di preparazione o per indisciplina.
5. I minori devono essere accompagnati da un genitore o altro adulto dallo stesso
autorizzato previo consenso del Coordinatore.
6. I partecipanti devono:
a) informarsi all’atto dell’iscrizione presso il Coordinatore dell’uscita, sulle caratteristiche
e difficoltà della stessa e sull’equipaggiamento necessario, garantendo la propria
preparazione tecnica e fisica all’escursione;
b) osservare scrupolosamente le disposizioni date dal Coordinatore dell’uscita;
c) non allontanarsi dal gruppo o prendere iniziative personali senza l’autorizzazione del
Coordinatore dell’uscita.
7. Le iscrizioni: sono obbligatorie e si ricevono telefonicamente al numero del
coordinatore di gita (non si accettano sms) almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio
dell’uscita (gratuite per soci CAI).
I non soci dovranno anche inviare una mail all’indirizzo caprile@cai.it specificando :
cognome e nome data e luogo di nascita indirizzo completo, codice fiscale e numero
telefonico almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio dell’uscita; la quota di iscrizione,
comprensiva dell’assicurazione è di € 10,00 che non verranno rimborsati in caso di
annullamento. Eventuali prenotazioni giunte oltre tale termine non saranno accettate.
8. Responsabilità
In considerazione dei rischi connessi allo svolgimento dell’attività in montagna ed ai
viaggi di trasferimento, i partecipanti alle escursioni prendono visione, accettano e
osservano il presente regolamento e l’ordinamento del CAI, osservano scrupolosamente
le disposizioni impartite dal Coordinatore dell’uscita e agiscono con la massima diligenza
e correttezza.
I partecipanti liberano la Sezione CAI di CAPRILE, il
Coordinatore dell’uscita ed eventuali suoi collaboratori da ogni
responsabilità per danni a cose di loro proprietà o nella loro
disponibilità che si verifichino nel corso dell’uscita o durante i
viaggi di trasferimento.
REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to members of all CAI Sections and to
sympathizers.
2. Participation in social outings requires knowledge and acceptance of the
present regulations.
3. For transfer trips, the use of personal vehicles is usually expected; the cost of
any lifts, buses, or taxis is the responsibility of the participants.
4. The Coordinator of the outing has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity and reserves the right to refuse registration or
exclude at any time participants who, in their sole judgment, are not
adequate due to lack of preparation or discipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the same
and with the prior consent of the Coordinator.
6. Participants must:
a) inquire at the time of registration with the Coordinator of the outing about the
characteristics and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring
their own technical and physical preparation for the excursion;
b) strictly observe the instructions given by the Coordinator of the outing;
c) not leave the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
Coordinator of the outing.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and can be made by phone at the number of the
trip coordinator (sms will not be accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free of charge for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to caprile@cai.it specifying:
last name, first name, date and place of birth, complete address, tax code, and phone
number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is €10.00, which will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any bookings received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Liability
Considering the risks associated with activities in the mountains and transfer
trips, participants in the excursions acknowledge, accept, and
observe the present regulations and the regulations of the CAI, strictly observe
the instructions given by the Coordinator of the outing, and act with the utmost care
and correctness.
Participants release the CAI Section of CAPRILE, the
Coordinator of the outing, and any collaborators from any
liability for damage to their property or in their
possession occurring during the outing or during
transfer trips.
REGELUNG
1. Die Teilnahme an den gesellschaftlichen Ausflügen steht allen Mitgliedern der CAI-Sektionen und den
Sympathisanten offen.
2. Die Teilnahme an den gesellschaftlichen Ausflügen setzt die Kenntnis und Akzeptanz der
vorliegenden Regelungen voraus.
3. Für die Transfers wird in der Regel die Nutzung eigener Verkehrsmittel vorgesehen; die Kosten für
eventuelle Seilbahnen, Busse oder Taxis sind von den Teilnehmern zu tragen.
4. Der Koordinator des Ausflugs hat das Recht, das Programm zu ändern oder den Ausflug
aus Opportunitäts- oder Notwendigkeitsgründen abzubrechen und behält sich das Recht vor,
die Anmeldung abzulehnen oder jederzeit Teilnehmer auszuschließen, die nach seinem unbestrittenen
Ermessen aufgrund von mangelnder Vorbereitung oder Undisziplin nicht geeignet sind.
5. Minderjährige müssen von einem Elternteil oder einer anderen ihnen gegenüber
autorisierten volljährigen Person begleitet werden, mit vorheriger Genehmigung des Koordinators.
6. Die Teilnehmer müssen:
a) sich beim Anmeldungsprozess beim Koordinator des Ausflugs über die Eigenschaften
und Schwierigkeiten des Ausflugs sowie das notwendige Equipment informieren und
sich über die eigene technische und körperliche Vorbereitung für die Wanderung
sorgen;
b) die Anweisungen des Koordinators des Ausflugs gewissenhaft befolgen;
c) sich nicht von der Gruppe entfernen oder ohne Genehmigung des Koordinators
des Ausflugs persönliche Initiativen ergreifen.
7. Anmeldungen: sind obligatorisch und werden telefonisch unter der Nummer des
Ausflugskoordinators (SMS werden nicht akzeptiert) mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn
des Ausflugs entgegengenommen (kostenlos für CAI-Mitglieder).Nicht-Mitglieder müssen auch eine E-Mail an die Adresse caprile@cai.it senden und dabei
den Nachnamen, Vornamen, Geburtsdatum und -ort, vollständige Adresse, Steueridentifikationsnummer und Telefonnummer
mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn des Ausflugs angeben; die Anmeldegebühr,
die die Versicherung umfasst, beträgt 10,00 €, die im Falle einer
Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet werden. Eventuelle Anmeldungen, die nach diesem Termin eingehen,
werden nicht akzeptiert.
8. Haftung
In Anbetracht der mit der Durchführung der Aktivitäten in den Bergen und den
Transfers verbundenen Risiken nehmen die Teilnehmer an den Ausflügen die
vorliegenden Regelungen zur Kenntnis, akzeptieren sie und halten sich an die
Bestimmungen des CAI, befolgen gewissenhaft die Anweisungen des Koordinators des
Ausflugs und handeln mit größter Sorgfalt und Korrektheit.
Die Teilnehmer entbinden die Sektion CAI von CAPRILE,
den Koordinator des Ausflugs und gegebenenfalls dessen Mitarbeiter von jeglicher
Haftung für Schäden an ihrem Eigentum oder in ihrem
Besitz, die während des Ausflugs oder auf den
Transfers auftreten.
