Il tradizionale appuntamento enogastronomico che combina la passeggiata panoramica sulle creste del colle del Nevegal e una degustazione di proposte culinarie della tradizione bellunese si terrà sabato 26 luglio.
Otto tappe gastronomiche vi aspettano lungo il percorso, con specialità del territorio, prodotti a km 0, vini e birre artigianali, musica dal vivo e DJ set.
Nel dettaglio i cicheti proposti:
- Ristorante La Casera – polenta col lat e sbatudin, café o ombra de vin
- Malga Faverghera – polpettine di carne alle erbe aromatiche con salsa bianca al crén accompagnate con birra agricola
- Rifugio Bristot – panino rustico accompagnato da vino Merlot Rifugio Visentin – scotadet e birretta Pusteraller
- Rifugio Malga Col Toront . Crema di zucca ai funghi con crostino ai profumi del colle abbinato a un calice di cabernet
- Rifugio La Grava – stracotto d’asino con polenta affiancato da cabernet Francoe o birra Braumeister
- B&B Checco Zaino – doppio zero del Nevegal e acqua del Piave

The traditional food and wine event that combines a scenic walk along the ridges of the Nevegal hill and a tasting of culinary offerings from the Belluno tradition will take place on Saturday, July 26.
Eight gastronomic stops await you along the route, featuring local specialties, zero-kilometer products, craft beers and wines, live music, and DJ sets.
In detail, the proposed cicheti:
- Ristorante La Casera – polenta with lat and sbatudin, café or ombra de vin
- Malga Faverghera – meatballs with aromatic herbs in a white sauce with crén accompanied by farm beer
- Rifugio Bristot – rustic sandwich accompanied by Merlot wine Rifugio Visentin – scotadet and Pusteraller beer
- Rifugio Malga Col Toront – pumpkin cream with mushrooms and toast with the scents of the hill paired with a glass of cabernet
- Rifugio La Grava – donkey stew with polenta accompanied by Cabernet Franc or Braumeister beer
- B&B Checco Zaino – double zero from Nevegal and Piave water
- Ristoro Campo Scuola – sandwich with porchetta tonnata accompanied by Hacker beer
