Giovedì 18 marzo alle ore 21:00 si terrà lo spettacolo "Ballavamo sempre", presso il Teatro Comunale Dino Buzzati.
Prima delle stories, c’erano storie che si raccontavano ballando.
Si dice che l’ultimo ricordo a restare ancorato alla mente, quando tutto il resto svanisce, siano le canzoni. Le melodie che cantavamo da piccoli, le filastrocche che ci cantava mamma per addormentarci, le musiche che andavamo a ballare disobbedendo talvolta ai genitori.
Più di un centinaio di voci di anziani signori e signore si espongono e cantano e raccontano quello che ricordano, della guerra, dell’amore, della mamma, di dove si ballava, di dove si scappava, di quanto oggi sia tutto cambiato, di quanto forse sia ancora invariato.
BumBumFritz ha registrato questi ricordi, li ha trascritti, elaborati e intrecciati alla musica elettronica. Ballavamo Sempre non è soltanto un archivio di importanti ricordi, raccolti in audiocassette, ascoltati e ballati durante la performance, ma è come questi si relazionano col contemporaneo, quanto ancora ci riguardano. Come siamo cambiati negli ultimi cent’anni? Cosa siamo ancora capaci di ricordare?

On Thursday March 18 at 9:00 p.m., the show "We Always Danced" will take place at the Teatro Comunale Dino Buzzati.
Before the stories, there were tales told through dance.
It is said that the last memories to remain anchored in the mind, when everything else fades away, are songs. The melodies we sang as children, the nursery rhymes our mothers sang to us to help us sleep, the music we danced to while sometimes disobeying our parents.
More than a hundred voices of elderly gentlemen and ladies share and sing what they remember about the war, love, their mothers, where they danced, where they escaped, how much everything has changed today, and how perhaps some things remain unchanged.
BumBumFritz has recorded these memories, transcribed, processed, and intertwined them with electronic music. We Always Danced is not just an archive of important memories, collected on audio cassettes, listened to and danced to during the performance, but also how these relate to the present, and how they still concern us. How have we changed in the last hundred years? What are we still capable of remembering?

Donnerstag 18. März um 21:00 findet die Aufführung "Wir tanzten immer" im Teatro Comunale Dino Buzzati statt.
Vor den Stories gab es Geschichten, die beim Tanzen erzählt wurden.
Es wird gesagt, dass die letzten Erinnerungen, die im Gedächtnis haften bleiben, wenn alles andere verblasst, die Lieder sind. Die Melodien, die wir als Kinder sangen, die Reime, die uns Mama zum Einschlafen vorsang, die Lieder zu denen wir tanzten, manchmal im Gehorsamsbruch gegenüber unseren Eltern.
Mehr als einhundert Stimmen von älteren Herren und Damen erzählen und singen, was sie sich erinnern, von Krieg, Liebe, der Mama, wo getanzt wurde, wo geflüchtet wurde, wie sehr sich heute alles verändert hat, wie viel vielleicht gleich geblieben ist.
BumBumFritz hat diese Erinnerungen aufgezeichnet, sie transkribiert, verarbeitet und mit elektronischer Musik verwoben. Wir tanzten immer ist nicht nur ein Archiv wichtiger Erinnerungen, gesammelt auf Audiokassetten, die während der Aufführung gehört und getanzt werden, sondern es geht auch darum, wie diese mit dem Zeitgenössischen in Beziehung stehen, wie sehr sie uns noch berühren. Wie haben wir uns in den letzten hundert Jahren verändert? Was sind wir noch fähig zu erinnern?
