Sabato 5 settembre 2026 si terrà il 1° Concorso “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago”, dedicato ai dolci fatti in casa della tradizione. Premiazioni alle ore 15:00 presso la sede della Pro Loco di Farra d’Alpago.
DESCRIZIONE LUNGA
Sabato 5 settembre 2026 arriva il 1° Concorso “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago”, un’iniziativa dedicata agli appassionati di pasticceria e alle ricette della tradizione locale.
La partecipazione è aperta a tutti i dilettanti amanti dei dolci. Ogni concorrente potrà presentare un solo dolce, rigorosamente fatto in casa, al quale dovrà essere assegnato un nome. La preparazione dovrà prevedere l'utilizzo di almeno due ingredienti del territorio, evidenziati nella ricetta.
I dolci dovranno avere un peso compreso tra 800 g e 1 kg ed essere consegnati sabato 5 settembre, dalle ore 10:30 alle 12:30, presso lo IAT di Farra d’Alpago in Viale al Lago.
Una giuria valuterà le preparazioni considerando aspetto estetico, struttura e bilanciamento, tecniche di preparazione, tradizione e creatività e utilizzo di prodotti locali bellunesi.
La premiazione si terrà alle ore 15:00 presso la sede della Pro Loco di Farra d’Alpago, con la proclamazione dei primi tre classificati. Tutti i partecipanti riceveranno un attestato di partecipazione e un gadget dell’evento.
Al termine della premiazione i dolci saranno condivisi tra i presenti. Le ricette e le fotografie raccolte contribuiranno inoltre a tramandare e valorizzare il patrimonio gastronomico del territorio.

Iscrizione entro le ore 12:00 di venerdì 4 settembre 2026 presso l’Ufficio Turistico di Farra d’Alpago, compilando la scheda di adesione e il regolamento.

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the 1st “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago” Competition will be held, dedicated to homemade traditional sweets. Awards will be given at 3:00 p.m. at the Pro Loco headquarters in Farra d’Alpago.
LONG DESCRIPTION
On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the 1st “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago” Competition arrives, an initiative dedicated to pastry enthusiasts and local traditional recipes.
Participation is open to all amateur dessert lovers. Each contestant may submit only one dessert, strictly homemade, to which a name must be assigned. The preparation must include at least two local ingredients, highlighted in the recipe.
The desserts must weigh between 800 g and 1 kg and be delivered on Saturday, September 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the IAT in Farra d’Alpago on Viale al Lago.
A jury will evaluate the preparations considering aesthetic appearance, structure and balance, preparation techniques, tradition and creativity, as well as the use of local products from Belluno.
The award ceremony will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the Pro Loco headquarters in Farra d’Alpago, with the announcement of the top three winners. All participants will receive a participation certificate and an event gadget.
At the end of the awards ceremony, the desserts will be shared among those present. The collected recipes and photographs will also contribute to passing down and enhancing the culinary heritage of the area.

Registration by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Tourist Office of Farra d’Alpago, by filling out the application form and the regulations.

Am Samstag, den 5. September 2026, findet der 1. Wettbewerb “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago” statt, der den hausgemachten Süßigkeiten der Tradition gewidmet ist. Die Preisverleihung beginnt um 3:00 p.m. im sede della Pro Loco di Farra d’Alpago.
LANGE BESCHREIBUNG
Am Samstag, den 5. September 2026, kommt der 1. Wettbewerb “Dolci della Conca dell’Alpago”, eine Initiative für Liebhaber von Patisserie und lokalen Rezepten.
Die Teilnahme steht allen Amateur-Bäckern offen, die Süßigkeiten lieben. Jeder Teilnehmer kann nur eine einzige, streng hausgemachte Süßigkeit einreichen, welcher ein Name zugewiesen werden muss. Bei der Zubereitung müssen mindestens zwei Zutaten aus der Region verwendet werden, die im Rezept hervorgehoben sind.
Die Süßigkeiten müssen ein Gewicht zwischen 800 g und 1 kg haben und am Samstag, den 5. September, zwischen 10:30 a.m. und 12:30 p.m. im IAT di Farra d’Alpago, Viale al Lago, abgegeben werden.
Eine Jury wird die Zubereitungen hinsichtlich Aussehen, Struktur und Balance, Zubereitungstechniken, Tradition und Kreativität sowie die Verwendung von lokalen Produkten aus Belluno bewerten.
Die Preisverleihung findet um 3:00 p.m. im sede della Pro Loco di Farra d’Alpago statt, wobei die drei Erstplatzierten bekanntgegeben werden. Alle Teilnehmer erhalten eine Teilnahmebescheinigung und ein Gadget der Veranstaltung.
Nach der Preisverleihung werden die Süßigkeiten unter den Anwesenden geteilt. Die gesammelten Rezepte und Fotos werden außerdem dazu beitragen, das gastronomische Erbe der Region zu bewahren und aufzuwerten.
