Si pratica sul prato all’aperto, immersi nel verde.
La lezione è adatta a tutti, anche a chi non ha mai praticato yoga. Inizia con i saluti al sole e prosegue con la pratica delle posture in piedi e a terra, con enfasi sul respiro profondo.
Quota € 15.00 a lezione.
Appuntamento alla chiesetta degli Alpini vicino a Baita Scoiattolo.
Abbigliamento comodo, portare un tappetino da yoga, o in alternativa, un telo spugna.
Si pratica a piedi nudi.
In caso di pioggia la lezione è cancellata.

The lesson is suitable for everyone, even those who have never practiced yoga. It begins with the sun salutations and continues with the practice of standing and floor postures, with an emphasis on deep breathing.

Es wird im Freien auf der Wiese praktiziert, umgeben von Grün.
Der Unterricht ist für alle geeignet, auch für diejenigen, die noch nie Yoga praktiziert haben. Er beginnt mit den Sonnengrüßen und geht weiter mit der Praxis der stehenden und liegenden Posen, mit Schwerpunkt auf der tiefen Atmung.
Gebühr € 15,00 pro Unterrichtseinheit.
Treffpunkt bei der Kapelle der Alpenvereinsmitglieder in der Nähe der Baita Scoiattolo.
Bequeme Kleidung, bring eine Yogamatte mit, oder alternativ, ein Handtuch.
Barfuß praktizieren.
Bei Regen wird der Unterricht abgesagt.
