REGOLAMENTO
1. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali è aperta ai Soci di tutte le Sezioni del CAI ed ai
simpatizzanti.
2. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali comporta la conoscenza e l’accettazione del
presente regolamento.
3. Per i viaggi di trasferimento si prevede di norma l’uso di mezzi propri, il costo di
eventuali impianti di risalita, pullman o taxi è a carico dei partecipanti.
4. Il Coordinatore dell’uscita ha la facoltà di modificare il programma o annullare la stessa
per ragioni di opportunità o di necessità e si riserva di non accettare l'iscrizione o
escludere in ogni momento i partecipanti che a suo insindacabile giudizio non siano
idonei, per carenza di preparazione o per indisciplina.
5. I minori devono essere accompagnati da un genitore o altro adulto dallo stesso
autorizzato previo consenso del Coordinatore.
6. I partecipanti devono:
a) informarsi all’atto dell’iscrizione presso il Coordinatore dell’uscita, sulle caratteristiche
e difficoltà della stessa e sull’equipaggiamento necessario, garantendo la propria
preparazione tecnica e fisica all’escursione;
b) osservare scrupolosamente le disposizioni date dal Coordinatore dell’uscita;
c) non allontanarsi dal gruppo o prendere iniziative personali senza l’autorizzazione del
Coordinatore dell’uscita.
7. Le iscrizioni: sono obbligatorie e si ricevono telefonicamente al numero del
coordinatore di gita (non si accettano sms) almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio
dell’uscita (gratuite per soci CAI).
I non soci dovranno anche inviare una mail all’indirizzo caprile@cai.it specificando :
cognome e nome data e luogo di nascita indirizzo completo, codice fiscale e numero
telefonico almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio dell’uscita; la quota di iscrizione,
comprensiva dell’assicurazione è di € 10,00 che non verranno rimborsati in caso di
annullamento. Eventuali prenotazioni giunte oltre tale termine non saranno accettate.
8. Responsabilità
In considerazione dei rischi connessi allo svolgimento dell’attività in montagna ed ai
viaggi di trasferimento, i partecipanti alle escursioni prendono visione, accettano e
osservano il presente regolamento e l’ordinamento del CAI, osservano scrupolosamente
le disposizioni impartite dal Coordinatore dell’uscita e agiscono con la massima diligenza
e correttezza.
I partecipanti liberano la Sezione CAI di CAPRILE, il
Coordinatore dell’uscita ed eventuali suoi collaboratori da ogni
responsabilità per danni a cose di loro proprietà o nella loro
disponibilità che si verifichino nel corso dell’uscita o durante i
viaggi di trasferimento.
REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to Members of all Sections of CAI and to
supporters.
2. Participation in social outings entails knowledge and acceptance of
the present regulations.
3. For transfer trips, the use of personal vehicles is generally expected; the cost of
any lifts, buses, or taxis is borne by the participants.
4. The Coordinator of the outing has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity and reserves the right not to accept registration or
exclude participants at any time who, in their indisputable judgment, are not
adequate due to lack of preparation or for indiscipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by
the same, prior consent from the Coordinator.
6. Participants must:
a) inquire at the time of registration with the Coordinator of the outing about the characteristics
and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring their own
technical and physical preparation for the excursion;
b) scrupulously observe the provisions given by the Coordinator of the outing;
c) not stray from the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
Coordinator of the outing.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and are received by phone at the number of the
trip coordinator (text messages are not accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to the address caprile@cai.it specifying:
surname and name, date and place of birth, complete address, tax code, and phone number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is €10.00 and will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any reservations made after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Responsibility
In view of the risks associated with mountain activities and transfer trips, participants in excursions acknowledge, accept, and
adhere to the present regulations and the CAI's guidelines, scrupulously observe
the provisions laid down by the Coordinator of the outing, and act with the utmost diligence
and correctness.
Participants release the CAI Section of CAPRILE, the
Coordinator of the outing, and any collaborators from any
liability for damages to their property or in their
availability that may occur during the outing or during the
transfer trips.
REGELUNG
1. Die Teilnahme an den gesellschaftlichen Ausflügen steht den Mitgliedern aller Sektionen des CAI sowie
den Interessierten offen.
2. Die Teilnahme an den gesellschaftlichen Ausflügen setzt die Kenntnis und Akzeptanz der
vorliegenden Regelung voraus.
3. Für die Transferfahrten wird in der Regel die Nutzung eigener Fahrzeuge vorgesehen, die Kosten für
eventuelle Liftanlagen, Busse oder Taxis sind von den Teilnehmern zu tragen.
4. Der Koordinator des Ausflugs hat das Recht, das Programm zu ändern oder den Ausflug
aus opportunen oder notwendigen Gründen abzusagen und behält sich das Recht vor, die Anmeldung
abzulehnen oder jederzeit Teilnehmer auszuschließen, die nach seinem Ermessen nicht
geeignet sind, aufgrund von unzureichender Vorbereitung oder Disziplinlosigkeit.
5. Minderjährige müssen von einem Elternteil oder einem anderen, von diesem
autorisierten Erwachsenen begleitet werden, mit vorheriger Zustimmung des Koordinators.
6. Die Teilnehmer müssen:
a) sich bei der Anmeldung beim Koordinator des Ausflugs über die Merkmale
und Schwierigkeiten des Ausflugs sowie die notwendige Ausrüstung informieren und ihre
technische und physische Vorbereitung für den Ausflug garantieren;
b) die Anweisungen des Koordinators des Ausflugs sorgfältig befolgen;
c) sich nicht von der Gruppe entfernen oder persönliche Initiativen ohne die Genehmigung des
Koordinators des Ausflugs ergreifen.
7. Anmeldungen: sind zwingend erforderlich und werden telefonisch unter der Nummer des
Koordinators (SMS werden nicht akzeptiert) mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn
des Ausflugs entgegengenommen (kostenlos für CAI-Mitglieder).
Nicht-Mitglieder müssen auch eine E-Mail an die Adresse caprile@cai.it senden und Folgendes angeben:
Nachname, Vorname, Geburtsdatum und -ort, vollständige Adresse, Steuernummer und Telefonnummer,
mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn des Ausflugs; die Anmeldegebühr,
einschließlich Versicherung, beträgt € 10,00 und wird im Falle einer
Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet. Etwaige Buchungen, die nach dieser Frist eingehen, werden nicht akzeptiert.
8. Haftung
In Anbetracht der Risiken, die mit der Durchführung von Aktivitäten in den Bergen und den
Transferfahrten verbunden sind, nehmen die Teilnehmer an den Ausflügen zur Kenntnis, akzeptieren und
beobachten diese Regelung sowie die Ordnung des CAI, und befolgen die vom Koordinator des
Ausflugs gegebenen Anweisungen sorgfältig und handeln mit größter Sorgfalt
und Korrektheit.
Die Teilnehmer entlasten die Sektion CAI von CAPRILE, den
Koordinator des Ausflugs und eventuelle seine Mitarbeiter von jeder
Haftung für Schäden an Eigentum, das ihnen gehört oder in ihrem
Besitz ist, die während des Ausflugs oder während der
Transferfahrten auftreten.
