In occasione delle Giornate delle Ville Venete, un itinerario guidato conduce alla scoperta di due dimore storiche del territorio del Montello.
La visita prende avvio da Villa Spineda Gasparini Loredan, dove il percorso si concentra sull’esterno della residenza, dimora settecentesca appartenuta a Giovanni Miazzi. Da qui l’itinerario prosegue verso Ca’ Bressa, complesso di origine quattrocentesca situato lungo l’antica via del Montello.
I recenti interventi di restauro di Ca’ Bressa hanno riportato alla luce affreschi e un originale terrazzo veneziano, elementi che permettono di leggere le diverse fasi della storia dell’edificio e di conoscere più da vicino il patrimonio architettonico locale.
Il percorso si conclude con un momento dedicato ai sapori del territorio, con una degustazione di vino e prodotti locali. Una proposta che unisce storia, architettura e tradizioni enogastronomiche della Marca Trevigiana.
On the occasion of the Venetian Villa Days, a guided tour leads to the discovery of two historic residences in the Montello area.
The visit begins at Villa Spineda Gasparini Loredan, where the itinerary focuses on the exterior of the residence, an eighteenth-century home that belonged to Giovanni Miazzi. From here, the itinerary continues to Ca’ Bressa, a complex of fourteenth-century origin located along the ancient road of Montello.
The recent restoration of Ca’ Bressa has brought to light frescoes and an original Venetian terrace, elements that allow visitors to understand the different phases of the building's history and to learn more about the local architectural heritage.
The path concludes with a moment dedicated to the flavors of the area, featuring a tasting of wine and local products. A proposal that combines history, architecture, and the culinary traditions of the Marca Trevigiana.
Anlässlich der Tag der Venete Villen führt eine geführte Tour zur Entdeckung von zwei historischen Wohnsitzen im Gebiet Montello.
Der Besuch beginnt bei Villa Spineda Gasparini Loredan, wo der Fokus auf dem Außenbereich der Residenz liegt, einem im 18. Jahrhundert erbauten Wohnsitz, der Giovanni Miazzi gehörte. Von hier aus führt die Route weiter zu Ca’ Bressa, einem im 15. Jahrhundert entstandenen Komplex, der entlang der alten Straße des Montello liegt.
Die jüngsten Restaurierungsarbeiten an Ca’ Bressa haben Fresken und eine originale venezianische Terrasse zutage gefördert, Elemente, die es ermöglichen, die verschiedenen Phasen der Geschichte des Gebäudes zu erkennen und das lokale architektonische Erbe näher kennenzulernen.
