Nel 2026 il Comune di Villorba propone una nuova edizione del progetto Età Libera, un ciclo di conferenze e attività culturali dedicate alla riflessione, alla memoria e alla crescita personale. Gli incontri si svolgono presso la Sala Convegni della Barchessa di Villa Giovannina, con inizio alle ore 15.30 e ingresso libero.
Il programma prende avvio l’11 febbraio 2026 con Alessandro Cabiati e una riflessione sul romanzo 1984 di George Orwell, tra distopia e post-apocalisse. Il 18 febbraio Valeria Cavasin accompagna il pubblico alla scoperta dell’evoluzione del gioco da tavolo, mentre il 25 febbraio lo stesso tema viene approfondito come strumento di prevenzione del decadimento cognitivo. Il ciclo prosegue il 15 aprile con Rosella Mamoli Zorzi e un incontro dedicato a Ernest Hemingway, al fiume e alla laguna veneta.
Accanto alle conferenze, il progetto prevede anche due gite culturali riservate ai partecipanti: nel mese di aprile è in programma una visita a Cividale del Friuli e al territorio delle Prealpi Giulie, mentre a maggio è prevista una giornata ad Altino e Torcello, con accompagnamento storico-culturale. Alle escursioni viene data priorità a chi partecipa alle conferenze.
Il progetto Età Libera si conferma così un’occasione di incontro e approfondimento, pensata per valorizzare il tempo libero come spazio di conoscenza, dialogo e scoperta del territorio.
In 2026, the Municipality of Villorba proposes a new edition of the project Età Libera, a series of conferences and cultural activities dedicated to reflection, memory, and personal growth. The meetings take place at the Conference Hall of Villa Giovannina's Barchessa, starting at 3:30 PM with free entry.
The program begins on February 11, 2026 with Alessandro Cabiati and a reflection on the novel 1984 by George Orwell, between dystopia and post-apocalypse. On February 18, Valeria Cavasin guides the audience in discovering the evolution of board games, while on February 25, the same theme is explored as a tool for preventing cognitive decline. The series continues on April 15 with Rosella Mamoli Zorzi in a meeting dedicated to Ernest Hemingway, the river, and the Venetian lagoon.
Alongside the conferences, the project also includes two cultural outings reserved for participants: in April, a visit to Cividale del Friuli and the Julian Prealps is planned, while in May, a day in Altino and Torcello is scheduled with a historical-cultural guide. Priority for the excursions is given to those attending the conferences.
The Età Libera project thus proves to be an opportunity for meeting and in-depth exploration, designed to enhance free time as a space for knowledge, dialogue, and discovery of the territory.
Im Jahr 2026 schlägt die Gemeinde Villorba eine neue Ausgabe des Projekts Freies Alter vor, ein Zyklus von Vorträgen und kulturellen Aktivitäten, die der Reflexion, dem Gedächtnis und dem persönlichen Wachstum gewidmet sind. Die Treffen finden im Kongressaal der Barchessa di Villa Giovannina statt, Beginn um 15.30 Uhr mit freiem Eintritt.
Das Programm beginnt am 11. Februar 2026 mit Alessandro Cabiati und einer Reflexion über den Roman 1984 von George Orwell, zwischen Dystopie und Post-Apokalypse. Am 18. Februar begleitet Valeria Cavasin das Publikum bei der Entdeckung der Entwicklung des Brettspiels, während am 25. Februar dasselbe Thema als Instrument zur Prävention kognitiven Verfalls vertieft wird. Der Zyklus setzt sich am 15. April mit Rosella Mamoli Zorzi fort und widmet sich einem Treffen über Ernest Hemingway, den Fluss und die venetische Lagune.
Neben den Vorträgen sieht das Projekt auch zwei kulturelle Ausflüge für die Teilnehmer vor: Im April ist ein Besuch in Cividale del Friuli und im Gebiet der Julischen Voralpen geplant, während im Mai ein Tag in Altino und Torcello mit geschichtlich-kultureller Begleitung vorgesehen ist. Den Ausflügen wird Vorrang für diejenigen gegeben, die an den Vorträgen teilnehmen.
Das Projekt Freies Alter bestätigt sich somit als eine Gelegenheit zum Treffen und Vertiefen, gedacht zur Wertschätzung der Freizeit als Raum für Wissen, Dialog und Entdeckung des Territoriums.
