Il Congresso Mariologico/Mariano Internazionale Straordinario dal titolo Maria Madre di Misericordia tra pietà popolare e rinascita delle comunità vuole essere un aiuto per riscoprire una devozione alla Madre di Dio in grado di incarnarsi nella liturgia e introduce le celebrazioni per la ricorrenza dei 600 anni della prima, delle due, apparizioni della Beata Vergine Maria a Vincenza Pasini e che sono all’origine del Santuario di Santa Maria di Monte Berico.
La figura di Maria verrà “riletta” attraverso nove ambiti o aree concatenanti, da quella biblica a quella teologica, dalla storica, che ci aiuterà a ripercorrere la storia e lo sviluppo della devozione mariana nella diocesi di Vicenza, a quella della pietà popolare e liturgia, per ricomprendere come la devozione a Maria non si fondi su sentimentalismi, ma ha la sua origine nell’unico culto a Cristo.
Le relazioni saranno integrate da brevi comunicazioni proposte da docenti e studenti della Facoltà Teologica del Triveneto e di alcuni Istituti Superiori di Scienze Religiose locali. Tali contributi, che arricchiscono il programma del Congresso, saranno presentati in sessioni parallele nel pomeriggio di sabato 7 febbraio, dalle 17:00 alle 18:00, con quattro papers in contemporanea alle 17:00 e quattro alle 17:30. Le iscrizioni per la partecipazione alle sessioni di Call for Papers saranno aperte già nel corso della mattinata di sabato 7 febbraio.

Verranno infine proposte due visite guidate, una alla raccolta di icone russe delle Gallerie d’Italia di Palazzo Leoni Montanari e una al Museo dell’arte sacra di Monte Berico, un concerto in prima esecuzione della Schola Poliphonica del Santuario, dal titolo Porta del Cielo.
The Extraordinary International Mariological/Marian Congress titled Mary Mother of Mercy between popular piety and the rebirth of communities aims to help rediscover a devotion to the Mother of God capable of being embodied in liturgy and introduces the celebrations for the 600th anniversary of the first of two apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Vincenza Pasini, which are at the origin of the Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Monte Berico.
The figure of Mary will be “reinterpreted” through nine interrelated areas, from the biblical to the theological, from the historical, which will help us retrace the history and development of Marian devotion in the diocese of Vicenza, to that of popular piety and liturgy, to understand how devotion to Mary is not based on sentimentalism, but has its origin in the sole worship of Christ.
The presentations will be complemented by brief communications proposed by faculty and students from the Theological Faculty of Triveneto and some local Higher Institutes of Religious Sciences. These contributions, which enrich the Congress program, will be presented in parallel sessions on the afternoon of Saturday, February 7, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with four papers simultaneously at 5:00 PM and four at 5:30 PM. Registrations for participation in the Call for Papers sessions will open already during the morning of Saturday, February 7.

Finally, two guided tours will be proposed, one to the collection of Russian icons at the Galleries of Italy in Palazzo Leoni Montanari and one to the Museum of Sacred Art of Monte Berico, along with a concert featuring the premiere of the Schola Poliphonica of the Sanctuary, titled Gate of Heaven.
Der Internationale Mariologische/Marianische Kongress mit dem Titel Maria, Mutter der Barmherzigkeit zwischen Volksfrömmigkeit und Wiedergeburt der Gemeinschaften soll eine Hilfe sein, die Verehrung der Mutter Gottes neu zu entdecken, die in der Liturgie verkörpert werden kann, und leitet die Feierlichkeiten anlässlich des 600-jährigen Jubiläums der ersten der beiden Erscheinungen der Seligen Jungfrau Maria vor Vincenza Pasini ein, die die Grundlage für den Heiligtum von Santa Maria di Monte Berico bilden.
Die Figur der Maria wird „neu gelesen“ durch neun miteinander verbundene Bereiche, von der biblischen bis zur theologischen, von der historischen, die uns helfen wird, die Geschichte und die Entwicklung der marianischen Verehrung im Bistum Vicenza nachzuvollziehen, bis hin zur Volksfrömmigkeit und Liturgie, um zu verstehen, dass die Verehrung Mariens nicht auf Sentimentalität basiert, sondern ihren Ursprung im einzigen Kult an Christus hat.
Die Vorträge werden durch kurze Mitteilungen von Dozenten und Studierenden der Theologischen Fakultät des Triveneto und einiger lokaler Institute für Religionswissenschaften ergänzt. Diese Beiträge, die das Programm des Kongresses bereichern, werden in parallelen Sitzungen am Nachmittag des samstags, 7. Februar, von 17:00 bis 18:00 Uhr präsentiert, mit vier Papers zeitgleich um 17:00 Uhr und vier um 17:30 Uhr. Die Anmeldungen zur Teilnahme an den Sitzungen des Call for Papers werden bereits am Samstagmorgen, dem 7. Februar, geöffnet.

Abschließend werden zwei geführte Besichtigungen angeboten, eine zur Sammlung russischer Ikonen in den Gallerien von Italien im Palazzo Leoni Montanari und eine zum Museum für sakrale Kunst in Monte Berico, ein Konzert in Uraufführung des Schola Poliphonica des Heiligtums, mit dem Titel Porta del Cielo.
