L’Estate Teatrale Veronese torna a riempire il Teatro Romano con la grande musica italiana ed internazionale.
Nell’ambito della rassegna “contaminazioni musicali", il 29 giugno sarà la volta del trio alternative rock di Londra noto per il sound oscuro e potente.
Per un'unica imperdibile serata, il palco del Teatro Romano si animerà con il sound rock e post-punk della band inglese White Lies, di nuovo in Italia dopo il successo del loro ultimo show sold-out a Milano.
Il trio è composto da Harry McVeigh (voce e chitarra), Charles Cave (basso) e Jack Lawrence-Brown (batteria) e prese forma nel 2007, quando i tre musicisti erano ancora adolescenti, come "progetto del weekend" per esibirsi principalmente a scuola.
Sin dal suo debutto la band ha conquistato pubblico e critica con l’album To Lose My Life, seguito da una serie di dischi di successo, tra cui Ritual, Big TV, Friends, Five e l’ultimo As I Try Not To Fall Apart del 2022.
