Verona si trasforma in un grande palcoscenico a cielo aperto grazie alla prima edizione di Urban Orbit, il festival del Teatro Urbano.
Oltre venti appuntamenti tra circo contemporaneo, artisti di strada e performance multidisciplinari che collegano il centro storico ai quartieri della città, unendo turisti e residenti di ogni generazione.
Verona si trasforma in un palcoscenico a cielo aperto: strade, piazze, cortili e giardini ospiteranno un ricco cartellone di eventi gratuiti che spaziano dal teatro di strada alle arti acrobatiche, dalla musica al circo contemporaneo, fino al teatro di figura.
La programmazione di questa prima edizione del festival parla sia al cuore dei quartieri sia alla platea internazionale del centro storico.
Le esibizioni del centro storico superano ogni barriera linguistica e culturale e offrono ai turisti e ai residenti un modo inedito e sorprendente di vivere i monumenti simbolo della città.
Lontano dai flussi turistici tradizionali, nelle piazze e nei parchi delle Circoscrizioni, Urban Orbit diventa invece un presidio di socialità spontanea e rigenerazione urbana, dove gli spettacoli sono concepiti come ponti capaci di azzerare le distanze anagrafiche.
URBAN ORBIT è promosso dal Comune di Verona in collaborazione con le Circoscrizioni II, III, IV, VI, VII e VIII, Ippogrifo Produzioni, con il sostegno del Ministero della Cultura e il contributo di Fondazione AGSM AIM.

The performances in the historic center transcend every linguistic and cultural barrier, offering tourists and residents a unique and surprising way to experience the city's symbolic monuments.
Far from traditional tourist flows, in the squares and parks of the Districts, Urban Orbit instead becomes a hub of spontaneous sociality and urban regeneration, where the shows are conceived as bridges capable of eliminating age-related distances.
URBAN ORBIT is promoted by the Municipality of Verona in collaboration with Districts II, III, IV, VI, VII, and VIII, Ippogrifo Produzioni, with support from the Ministry of Culture and funding from the AGSM AIM Foundation.

Verona verwandelt sich in eine Freiluftbühne: Straßen, Plätze, Höfe und Gärten werden ein reichhaltiges Programm mit kostenlosen Veranstaltungen bieten, die von Straßentheater über Artistik, von Musik bis zeitgenössischem Zirkus, bis hin zu Figurentheater reichen.
Die Programmierung dieser ersten Ausgabe des Festivals spricht sowohl das Herz der Stadtviertel als auch das internationale Publikum des historischen Zentrums an.
Die Aufführungen im historischen Zentrum überschreiten jede sprachliche und kulturelle Barriere und bieten Touristen und Bewohnern eine neuartige und überraschende Art, die symbolträchtigen Monumente der Stadt zu erleben.
Abseits der traditionellen Touristenziele, in den Plätzen und Parks der Stadtbezirke, wird Urban Orbit stattdessen zu einem Ort spontaner Geselligkeit und urbaner Regeneration, wo die Aufführungen als Brücken konzipiert sind, die in der Lage sind, die demografischen Distanzen zu überbrücken.
URBAN ORBIT wird von der Stadt Verona in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bezirken II, III, IV, VI, VII und VIII, Ippogrifo Produzioni, mit Unterstützung des Ministeriums für Kultur und dem Beitrag der Fondazione AGSM AIM gefördert.
