L'Orchestra Frau Musik, il progetto artistico-formativo ideato da Andrea Marcon e realizzato dall’Orchestra del Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza, si esibisce in tre concerti a Feltre, Verona e Vicenza per celebrare il Weihnachtsoratorium BWV 248 di Johann Sebastian Bach.
Composto nel 1734 su testo di Christian Henrici (Picander), l’Oratorio di Natale si articola in sei cantate destinate ai giorni compresi tra il 25 dicembre e l’Epifania, offrendo un racconto musicale unitario della Natività. Cori di festosa grandiosità, arie di intensa introspezione e corali luterani di profonda partecipazione spirituale si alternano in una costruzione di straordinario equilibrio formale ed espressivo.
Accanto all’orchestra e al Coro del Friuli-Venezia Giulia, un cast solistico di rilievo dà voce ai diversi affetti dell’opera: Benedetta Zanotto (soprano), Lea Müller (alto), Mirko Ludwig (tenore – Evangelista) e Santiago Garzon Arredondo (basso), in un dialogo continuo tra narrazione evangelica e meditazione musicale.
Un programma brillante, in cui la genialità di Bach si manifesta in tutta la sua forza comunicativa e spirituale.

The Frau Musik Orchestra, the artistic and educational project created by Andrea Marcon and produced by the Orchestra of the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, performs in three concerts in Feltre, Verona, and Vicenza to celebrate the Weihnachtsoratorium BWV 248 by Johann Sebastian Bach.
Composed in 1734 with text by Christian Henrici (Picander), the Christmas Oratorio is structured in six cantatas intended for the days between December 25 and Epiphany, offering a cohesive musical narrative of the Nativity. Choral performances of festive grandeur, arias of intense introspection, and deeply spiritual Lutheran chorales alternate in an extraordinary balance of formal and expressive construction.
Alongside the orchestra and the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Choir, a notable cast of soloists gives voice to the various emotions of the work: Benedetta Zanotto (soprano), Lea Müller (alto), Mirko Ludwig (tenor – Evangelist), and Santiago Garzon Arredondo (bass), in a continuous dialogue between evangelic narration and musical meditation.

Das Frau Musik Orchester, das künstlerisch-pädagogische Projekt, das von Andrea Marcon ins Leben gerufen und vom Orchester des Teatro Olimpico di Vicenza durchgeführt wird, tritt in drei Konzerten in Feltre, Verona und Vicenza auf, um das Weihnachtsoratorium BWV 248 von Johann Sebastian Bach zu feiern.
Komponiert im Jahr 1734 nach einem Text von Christian Henrici (Picander), gliedert sich das Weihnachtsoratorium in sechs Kantaten, die für die Zeit vom 25. Dezember bis zur Epiphanie vorgesehen sind, und bietet eine einheitliche musikalische Erzählung der Geburt Christi. Festliche Chöre, intensive introspektive Arien und tief spirituelle lutherische Choral wechseln sich in einer außergewöhnlichen formalen und expressiven Balance ab.
Neben dem Orchester und dem Chor von Friaul-Julisch Venetien bringt eine herausragende Solistengruppe die verschiedenen Affekte des Werkes zum Ausdruck: Benedetta Zanotto (Sopran), Lea Müller (Alt), Mirko Ludwig (Tenor – Evangelist) und Santiago Garzon Arredondo (Bass), in einem kontinuierlichen Dialog zwischen evangelischer Erzählung und musikalischer Meditation.
Ein brillantes Programm, in dem die Genialität von Bach in ihrer ganzen kommunikativen und spirituellen Kraft zum Ausdruck kommt.
