Dopo lo straordinario successo di UP&Down, in scena per oltre cinque anni nei teatri di tutta Italia, con più di 180 repliche e 120mila biglietti venduti, debuttano sul palco dell'Arena il 2 maggio 2026 Paolo Ruffini e gli attori della Compagnia Mayor Von Frinzius, con il nuovo e imperdibile spettacolo Din Don Down.
Din Don Down è molto più di un varietà: è un rito collettivo, un’esplorazione comica e poetica del concetto di Dio, in tutte le forme, sembianze e possibilità con cui possiamo cercarlo o interrogarlo.
Dopo aver raccontato l’amore, la Compagnia Mayor von Frinzius — insieme a Ruffini, complice e protagonista — affronta ora il sacro con lo stesso linguaggio che l’ha resa unica: ironia spregiudicata, disobbedienza, delicatezza. Niente è mai del tutto previsto: le improvvisazioni brillanti si mescolano alla poesia, le regole si spezzano, il senso della “normalità” si rovescia con forza e tenerezza.
Con loro, in scena, la musica dal vivo della straordinaria Claudia Campolongo, al pianoforte.
Il successo dello spettacolo è arrivato anche in Vaticano, dove Paolo Ruffini e i ragazzi della Compagnia hanno incontrato Papa Leone XIV, e a Montecitorio, dove Paolo Ruffini e Federico Parlanti hanno ritirato il prestigioso Premio 100 eccellenze italiane.
After the extraordinary success of UP&Down, which was staged for over five years in theaters across Italy, with more than 180 performances and 120,000 tickets sold, Paolo Ruffini and the actors of the Compagnia Mayor Von Frinzius will debut on the stage of the Arena on May 2, 2026, with the new and unmissable show Din Don Down.
Din Don Down is much more than a variety show: it is a collective rite, a comic and poetic exploration of the concept of God, in all the forms, appearances, and possibilities with which we can seek or question Him.
After having told the story of love, the Compagnia Mayor von Frinzius — alongside Ruffini, who is both complicit and a protagonist — now tackles the sacred with the same language that has made it unique: unapologetic irony, disobedience, delicacy. Nothing is ever completely predictable: brilliant improvisations mix with poetry, rules are broken, the sense of "normality" is turned upside down with force and tenderness.

Nachdem die Compagnia Mayor von Frinzius — zusammen mit Ruffini, Mitverantwortlichem und Protagonisten — die Liebe erzählt hat, widmet sie sich jetzt dem Heiligen mit derselben Sprache, die sie einzigartig gemacht hat: unerschöpflicher Humor, Ungehorsam, Zartheit. Nichts ist je ganz vorhersehbar: brillante Improvisationen vermischen sich mit Poesie, Regeln werden gebrochen, das Gefühl von "Normalität" wird mit Kraft und Zärtlichkeit umgekehrt.
