Prosegue il tour “Urban Impressionism”: dopo aver attraversato i palchi di numerose città italiane ed europee, si aggiungono nuove tappe nei teatri: il 24 gennaio sarà l’atmosfera elegante e intima del Teatro Nuovo ad ospitare la data veronese del tour di Dardust.
Pianista, produttore e compositore tra i più influenti e premiati, Dardust porta nel live il suo stile personalissimo e innovativo, ridisegnando i confini di classico e contemporaneo e creando atmosfere non convenzionali in un equilibrio perfetto tra pianoforte ed elettronica.
Urban Impressionism è il quinto album in studio del musicista marchigiano, prodotto da lui stesso in collaborazione con Giuseppe Vitale “Ze in the clouds”.
Dardust si esprime con queste parole in merito al suo ultimo lavoro:
“Nell'ambiente della musica cosiddetta neoclassica spesso c'è una sorta di diffidenza e reticenza verso la melodia protagonista: noi italiani comunque veniamo da lì, dalla melodia. Volevo partire dal piano nudo e crudo, scrivere i pezzi in maniera indipendente dalla griglia elettronica, che in passato ho usato quasi per nascondermi, anche caricando i miei brani di strati: l'esigenza era di far capire che non era solo una musica d'arredamento”
L’artista ha inoltre raccontato il significato dell'album e la dedica alle periferie cittadine e ai contesti rurali.
The “Urban Impressionism” tour continues: after passing through the stages of numerous Italian and European cities, new stops are added in the theaters: on January 24, the elegant and intimate atmosphere of the Teatro Nuovo will host the Verona date of Dardust's tour.
Pianist, producer, and one of the most influential and awarded composers, Dardust brings his very personal and innovative style to live performances, redefining the boundaries between classical and contemporary music and creating unconventional atmospheres in perfect balance between piano and electronics.
Urban Impressionism is the fifth studio album by the musician from Marche, produced by himself in collaboration with Giuseppe Vitale “Ze in the clouds.”
Dardust expressed his thoughts about his latest work with these words:
“In the realm of so-called neoclassical music, there is often a sort of distrust and reluctance towards the protagonist melody: we Italians, however, come from there, from melody. I wanted to start from the bare and raw piano, to write the pieces independently from the electronic grid, which in the past I used almost to hide, even loading my tracks with layers: the need was to make it clear that it wasn't just background music”
The artist also shared the meaning of the album and its dedication to urban peripheries and rural contexts.
Die Tour “Urban Impressionism” geht weiter: nach Auftritten in vielen italienischen und europäischen Städten gibt es neue Stationen in Theatern: am 24. Januar wird die elegante und intime Atmosphäre des Teatro Nuovo die Veranstanltung in Verona im Rahmen der Tour von Dardust.
Pianist, Produzent und einer der einflussreichsten und meist ausgezeichneten Komponisten, bringt Dardust seinen ganz eigenen und innovativen Stil live auf die Bühne, indem er die Grenzen zwischen Klassik und Contemporary neu definiert und unkonventionelle Atmosphären in einem perfekten Gleichgewicht zwischen Klavier und Elektronik schafft.
Urban Impressionism ist das fünfte Studioalbum des Musiker aus den Marken, das er selbst in Zusammenarbeit mit Giuseppe Vitale “Ze in the clouds” produziert hat.
Dardust äußert sich mit diesen Worten zu seinem neuesten Werk:
“Im Bereich der sogenannten Neoklassik gibt es oft eine Art von Misstrauen und Zurückhaltung gegenüber der prägenden Melodie: Wir Italiener kommen schließlich daher, von der Melodie. Ich wollte vom nackten und rohen Klavier ausgehen, die Stücke unabhängig von der elektronischen Gitterstruktur schreiben, die ich in der Vergangenheit fast benutzt habe, um mich zu verstecken, indem ich auch meine Stücke mit Schichten belastet habe: die Notwendigkeit war, deutlich zu machen, dass es sich nicht nur um eine Hintergrundmusik handelt”
Der Künstler hat außerdem die Bedeutung des Albums und die Widmung an die städtischen Peripherien und ländlichen Kontexte erläutert.
