Il 24 ottobre Verona ospita la prestigiosa Conferenza Annuale di Great Wine Capitals, il Network internazionale dedicato allo sviluppo dell’enoturismo di cui la città scaligera fa parte dal 2016, attualmente presieduto da Paolo Arena in rappresentanza della Camera di Commercio di Verona.
La nostra città accoglierà i delegati delle altre capitali mondiali del vino, provenienti da Argentina, Australia, Francia, Cile, Germania, Nuova Zelanda, Portogallo, Spagna, Svizzera, Sudafrica e Stati Uniti.
Gli oltre 100 delegati giunti da tutto il mondo si riuniranno per celebrare le eccellenze del nostro territorio, attraverso un fitto calendario di incontri, workshop e visite guidate in città e nel meraviglioso territorio circostante.
Uno dei momenti clou della kermesse è la giornata conclusiva del 24 ottobre, quando si terrà la Conferenza Internazionale sull'Enoturismo.
L’appuntamento, nell’Auditorium “Riccardo Borghero”, è aperto al pubblico e vedrà la partecipazione di esperti e relatori di assoluto rilievo, tra cui Roberta Garibaldi -consulente di turismo, docente presso l'Università degli Studi di Bergamo e autrice di numerosi libri e saggi- e Robert Joseph -consulente enologico e direttore editoriale di Meininger’s Wine Business International-.
On October, 24th Verona hosts the prestigious Annual Conference of Great Wine Capitals, the international network dedicated to the development of wine tourism of which the city of Verona has been part since 2016 and currently chaired by Paolo Arena representing the Verona Chamber of Commerce.
Verona will welcome delegates from other world wine capitals, representing Argentina, Australia, France, Chile, Germany, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa and the United States.
The over 100 delegates from all over the world will gather to celebrate the excellence of our territory, through a busy calendar of meetings, workshops and guided tours of the city and the wonderful surrounding area.
One of the highlights of the event is the final day of October 24th, when the International Conference on Wine Tourism will be held.
The event, in the “Riccardo Borghero” Auditorium, is open to the public and will see the participation of very important experts and speakers, including Roberta Garibaldi - tourism consultant, professor at the University of Bergamo and author of numerous books and essays- and Robert Joseph -wine consultant and editorial director of Meininger's Wine Business International-.
