Non necessita di presentazioni “A Christmas Carol”, il racconto natalizio per eccellenza, la fantastica storia di Natale con protagonista il ricco e avaro uomo d'affari Ebenezer Scrooge, che disdegna tutto ciò che non sia legato al guadagno e al denaro.
Il celebre romanzo di Natale di Charles Dickens viene adattato per il teatro da Melina Pellicano in un grande musical Made in Italy. Sul palco un cast artistico di 20 elementi, effetti speciali, 150 costumi ed imponenti scenografie.
La vigilia di Natale, irritato dalle festività, perché secondo lui portano ozio e un inutile dispendio di soldi, rifiuta in malo modo di fare un’offerta per i poveri, fa lavorare fino a tardi il suo impiegato, al quale concede una paga misera, caccia il figlio di sua sorella, che era venuto per invitarlo al pranzo di Natale, e per la strada risponde sgarbatamente agli auguri che gli vengono rivolti. Quando arriva davanti alla porta della sua casa deserta, sul battente della porta gli appare lo spettro del suo defunto socio, Jacob Marley. Questi lo ammonisce sulla sua condotta di vita, e lo invita a ravvedersi per non essere costretto a vagare come lui per l’eternità, portandosi appresso il peso delle catene che si era guadagnato con la sua aridità e brama di denaro.
Per questo a Scrooge faranno visita tre Spiriti: lo Spirito del Passato, lo Spirito del Presente e lo Spirito del Futuro.
La magia del Natale farà capire al mesto e solo Scrooge i valori importanti della vita, regalandogli il suo primo vero Natale d'amore e gioia dopo tanti anni.

Charles Dickens' celebrated Christmas novel is being adapted for the theatre by Melina Pellicano in a musical Made in Italy. An artistic cast composed of 20 elements, special effects, 150 costumes and imposing sets.
On Christmas Eve, irritated by the holidays, because according to him they lead to idleness and a useless waste of money, he rudely refuses to make an offering for the poor, makes his employee work late, to whom he grants a miserable salary, he chases away his sister's son, who had come to invite him to Christmas lunch, and on the street he rudely responds to the wishes addressed to him. When he arrives at the door of his deserted house, the ghost of his late partner, Jacob Marley, appears on the door knocker. The latter warns him about his lifestyle, and invites him to repent so as not to be forced to wander like him for eternity, carrying with him the weight of the chains he had earned with his aridity and lust for money. For this reason, three Spirits will visit Scrooge: the Spirit of the Past, the Spirit of the Present and the Spirit of the Future. The magic of Christmas will make the sad and lonely Scrooge understand the important values of life, giving him his first true Christmas of love and joy after many years.

Es bedarf keiner großartigen Einführung „A Christmas Carol”, das herausragende Weihnachtsmärchen, die fantastische Weihnachtsgeschichte mit dem reichen und geizigen Geschäftsmann Ebenezer Scrooge, der alles verachtet, was nicht mit Gewinn und Geld zu tun hat.
Der berühmte Weihnachtsroman von Charles Dickens wird von Melina Pellicano für das Theater in ein großes Musical „Made in Italy” adaptiert. Auf der Bühne ein künstlerisches Ensemble von 20 Personen, Spezialeffekte, 150 Kostüme und imposante Bühnenbilder.
Am Heiligabend, genervt von den Feiertagen, da sie seiner Meinung nach Faulheit und unnötige Geldverschwendung mit sich bringen, weigert er sich auf unfreundliche Weise, eine Spende für die Armen zu machen, lässt seinen Angestellten bis spät arbeiten, dem er einen mageren Lohn zahlt, schickt den Sohn seiner Schwester weg, der gekommen war, um ihn zum Weihnachtsessen einzuladen, und antwortet auf der Straße unhöflich auf die Glückwünsche, die ihm entgegengenbracht werden. Als er vor der Tür seines verlassenen Hauses steht, erscheint ihm beim Klopfen an die Tür der Geist seines verstorbenen Partners, Jacob Marley. Dieser ermahnt ihn wegen seines Lebenswandels und fordert ihn auf, sich zu ändern, um nicht gezwungen zu sein, wie er selbst für die Ewigkeit umherzuwandern und die Last der Ketten mit sich zu tragen, die er sich durch seine Gier und seinen Geiz verdient hat.
Deshalb wird Scrooge von drei Geistern besucht: dem Geist der Vergangenheit, dem Geist der Gegenwart und dem Geist der Zukunft.
Die Magie von Weihnachten wird dem traurigen und einsamen Scrooge die wichtigen Werte des Lebens näherbringen und ihm sein erstes echtes Weihnachten voller Liebe und Freude nach vielen Jahren schenken.
