Visita e aperitivo in vigna
Ritorno a Malga Zebari e pranzo con abbinamento ai piatti e ai vini di Monte Moro.
Menu:
Aperitivo in vigna con tagliere di salumi e formaggi.
Tortino alle erbe spontanee con fonduta di Monte Veronese.
Medaglione di polenta con ragout di lepre tagliato al coltello.
Risotto estivo con basilico, menta e Monte Veronese.
Coppetta di crema al rosmarino e lavanda.
*In accompagnamento ad ogni piatto sarà servito un calice di vino della cantina biologica Monte Moro.

Rückkehr zur Malga Zebari und Mittagessen mit passenden Gerichten und Weinen von Monte Moro.

Aperitif im Weinberg mit Wurst- und Käseplatte.
Küchlein mit Wildkräutern und Fonduta di Monte Veronese.
Medalion aus Polenta mit gehacktem Hasenragout.
Sommer-Risotto mit Basilikum, Minze und Monte Veronese.
