Oasi di Gusto è un progetto di innovazione agricola che unisce aziende, istituzioni e centri di ricerca per sviluppare sistemi di acquaponica e idroponica a ricircolo, efficienti e sostenibili.
Unisce anche agricoltura innovativa, sostenibilità e cultura gastronomica.
Durante il pomeriggio ci saranno attività di intrattenimento tra laboratori per bambini e famiglie (dalle 16:00 alle 18:00), workshop tematici, degustazioni, momenti di relax e divertimento.
Il Laboratorio Bambini è gratuito ma a posti limitati. Tra cui laboratorio di lettura animata, giochi dei profumi con aromatiche e merenda offerta.Le attività proposte sono aperte a tutti i bambini, sotto i 4 anni i bambini devono essere aiutati da un genitore.
Durante l’evento sarà possibile accedere a un'area dedicata ai prodotti coltivati in acquaponica e degustarne sapori, profumi e potenzialità.Un’esperienza immersiva tra assaggi, confronto e scoperta, per esplorare nuove applicazioni gastronomiche e valorizzare ingredienti ottenuti attraverso metodi di coltivazione innovativi e a basso impatto ambientale.
Dalle 18.00 la serata proseguirà Dj set di Lady Brian e un angolo drink dove potrai gustare una selezione di cocktail botanici.
L'Oasi è aperta anche a pranzo ed è gradita la prenotazione.
Oasi di Gusto is an agricultural innovation project that brings together businesses, institutions, and research centers to develop efficient and sustainable recirculating aquaponic and hydroponic systems.
It also unites innovative agriculture, sustainability, and culinary culture.
During the afternoon, there will be entertainment activities including workshops for children and families (from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.), thematic workshops, tastings, moments of relaxation and fun.
The Children's Workshop is free but has limited spaces. Activities include animated reading workshops, fragrance games with aromatic herbs, and a snack provided. The proposed activities are open to all children; children under 4 years old must be assisted by a parent.
During the event, there will be access to an area dedicated to products grown in aquaponics, where you can taste flavors, scents, and potentials. An immersive experience of tastings, discussions, and discovery, exploring new culinary applications and enhancing ingredients obtained through innovative and low environmental impact cultivation methods.
From 6:00 p.m., the evening will continue with a DJ set by Lady Brian and a drink corner where you can enjoy a selection of botanical cocktails.
The Oasi is also open for lunch, and reservations are appreciated.
Oasi di Gusto ist ein Projekt der landwirtschaftlichen Innovation, das Unternehmen, Institutionen und Forschungszentren vereint, um effiziente und nachhaltige Kreislaufsysteme der Aquaponik und Hydrokultur zu entwickeln.
Es vereint auch innovative Landwirtschaft, Nachhaltigkeit und gastronomische Kultur.
Am Nachmittag wird es Unterhaltung geben mit Aktivitäten, darunter Workshops für Kinder und Familien (von 16:00 bis 18:00), thematische Workshops, Verkostungen, Entspannungsmomente und Spaß.
Der Laboratorio Bambini ist kostenlos, aber die Plätze sind begrenzt. Dazu gehören ein animierter Leseworkshop, Duftspiele mit aromatischen Pflanzen und ein angebotener Snack. Die vorgeschlagenen Aktivitäten sind für alle Kinder geöffnet, unter 4 Jahren müssen die Kinder von einem Elternteil unterstützt werden.
Während der Veranstaltung wird es möglich sein, auf einen Bereich zuzugreifen, der den in Aquaponik angebauten Produkten gewidmet ist, und deren Aromen, Düfte und Potenziale zu probieren. Ein immersives Erlebnis zwischen Kostproben, Austausch und Entdeckung, um neue gastronomische Anwendungen zu erkunden und Zutaten, die durch innovative und umweltfreundliche Anbaumethoden gewonnen wurden, aufzuwerten.
Ab 18:00 Uhr geht der Abend mit einem DJ-Set von Lady Brian und einer Drink-Ecke weiter, wo du eine Auswahl an botanischen Cocktails genießen kannst.
Die Oase ist auch mittags geöffnet und eine Reservierung ist erwünscht.
