Un progetto dedicato ai giovani talenti e alle nuove voci del jazz. ValdobbiadeneJazz Young nasce come spazio di incontro, formazione e sperimentazione musicale, dove le nuove generazioni possono esprimersi e crescere a contatto con artisti affermati e con il pubblico del festival.
ValdobbiadeneJazz Young è la sezione del festival rivolta a musicisti under 30, offrendo un’opportunità concreta di esibirsi, collaborare e sviluppare il proprio percorso artistico in un contesto professionale. La direzione artistica è affidata a Nicola Guidolin, pianista del VDBJ Ensemble, formazione che rappresenta l’identità musicale del festival.
I concerti della sezione Young, distribuiti all’interno del programma ufficiale, vedono protagonisti ensemble e progetti emergenti selezionati, affiancando momenti performativi a occasioni di confronto e crescita.
I concerti di questa sezione si terranno presso Palazzo C. Piva di Valdobbiadene.
Inserita nel calendario dell’International Jazz Day, la sezione culmina il 30 aprile, giornata istituita dall’UNESCO per celebrare il jazz come patrimonio dell’umanità e il suo ruolo nella promozione del dialogo, della libertà espressiva e della creatività.
In occasione di questa giornata, si terrà il concerto del gruppo VDBJ Ensemble presso Piazza G.Marconi di Valdobbiadene. In caso di maltempo si sposterà a Palazzo C. Piva di Valdobbiadene.

ValdobbiadeneJazz Young is the section of the festival aimed at musicians under 30, offering a concrete opportunity to perform, collaborate, and develop their artistic path in a professional context. The artistic direction is entrusted to Nicola Guidolin, pianist of the VDBJ Ensemble, a formation that represents the musical identity of the festival.
The concerts of the Young section, distributed within the official program, feature emerging ensembles and projects selected, combining performances with opportunities for discussion and growth.

On this day, the concert of the VDBJ Ensemble will take place in Piazza G.Marconi in Valdobbiadene. In case of bad weather, it will be moved to Palazzo C. Piva in Valdobbiadene.
