ARSIERA 1310M s.l.m.
Piccolo villaggio costruito nei pressi delle miniere di Val Inferna, sulle pendici orientali del Col Dur, completamente abbandonato dagli inizi degli anni Sessanta.
Le miniere, attive forse già nell’anno Mille, sono documentate a partire dal XIII secolo; vi si estraeva piombo e minerali argentiferi fino alla metà del secolo scorso.
Grazie alla sua posizione, gode di condizioni climatiche particolarmente favorevoli all’agricoltura che ne hanno fatto uno dei tre centri di migrazione estiva della gente di Fornesighe , esclusivamente dei ceppi familiari Mosena.

Small village founded near the mines of Val Inferna (Inferna Valley), on the Eastern slopes of Col Dur, completely abandoned from the beginning of the Sixties.
The mines, maybe already active in the year Thousand, are supported starting from the XIII century; people extracted lead and silver minerals until the half of last century.
Thanks to its position, it benefits from the climatic conditions that are particularly favourable for agriculture. It is one of the three centres of summer migrations for the people from Fornesighe, exclusively coming from the Mosena family strains.
