La Tiramisù World Cup torna dal 9 all’11 ottobre. La “sfida più golosa del mondo” festeggia il suo 10° compleanno con ancora più concorrenti, più eventi e tante novità. Ricco è infatti il programma di questa edizione, che celebra la Cucina Italiana, che è stata riconosciuta fra i tesori dell’UNESCO, come Patrimonio culturale immateriale.
Quest’anno sono ben 320 i concorrenti pronti a sfidarsi in Piazza Borsa: venerdì (ore 12:00–20:00) e sabato (10:00-18:00) si tengono le gare di selezione, mentre domenica al mattino dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 si svolgono le gare di semifinale. Solo i migliori accedono alla Finale del pomeriggio, dalle ore 15:00 alle 17:00. L'evento sarà aperto al pubblico, con accesso contingentato.
La novità assoluta di quest’anno è il “Tana Libera Tutti”, lungo viale Burchiellati: un’area dedicata ai concorrenti per avere la possibilità di allenarsi prima della gara. Si può inoltre assistere alle cooking class tenute dalle Star delle passate edizioni della TWC, per poter cogliere trucchi e suggerimenti.
La Loggia dei Cavalieri torna ad ospitare la vendita dei “Tiramisù più buoni del mondo”, realizzati dai Campioni delle scorse edizioni (venerdì 14:00-18:00, sabato e domenica 10:00-18:00). Qui si trova anche la tappa conclusiva dei city tour “Le Storie del Tiramisù”.
Altre esperienze legate alle eccellenze del territorio si svolgeranno presso il TWC Training Center.
The Tiramisù World Cup returns from October 9 to 11. The “tastiest challenge in the world” celebrates its 10th birthday with even more competitors, more events, and many new features. This edition has a rich program, celebrating Italian Cuisine, which has been recognized among UNESCO's treasures as an intangible cultural heritage.
This year, there are as many as 320 competitors ready to compete in Piazza Borsa: on Friday (12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.) and Saturday (10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) the selection rounds will take place, while on Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. the semifinal rounds will be held. Only the best will advance to the Final in the afternoon, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event will be open to the public, with limited access.
The absolute novelty this year is the “Tana Libera Tutti,” along viale Burchiellati: an area dedicated to competitors to have the chance to practice before the competition. There will also be cooking classes held by stars from past editions of the TWC, allowing attendees to pick up tips and tricks.
The Loggia dei Cavalieri will once again host the sale of the “Best Tiramisù in the World,” made by the champions from previous editions (Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.). Here is also the final stop for the city tours “The Stories of Tiramisù.”
Other experiences related to local excellence will take place at the TWC Training Center.
Der Tiramisù-Weltmeisterschaft kehrt vom 9. bis 11. Oktober zurück. Die „schmackhafteste Herausforderung der Welt“ feiert ihren 10. Geburtstag mit noch mehr Teilnehmern, mehr Events und vielen Neuigkeiten. Das Programm dieser Ausgabe ist reichhaltig und feiert die italienische Küche, die als immaterielles Kulturerbe von der UNESCO anerkannt wurde.
In diesem Jahr sind es stolze 320 Teilnehmer, die bereit sind, sich in der Piazza Borsa zu messen: Am Freitag (12:00–20:00 Uhr) und Samstag (10:00-18:00 Uhr) finden die Auswahlläufe statt, während am Sonntagmorgen von 9:00 bis 13:00 Uhr die Halbfinalwettbewerbe ausgetragen werden. Nur die Besten erreichen das Finale am Nachmittag, von 15:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Die Veranstaltung wird für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich sein, mit begrenztem Zugang.
Die absolute Neuheit in diesem Jahr ist das „Tana Libera Tutti“ entlang des Viale Burchiellati: ein Bereich, der den Teilnehmern gewidmet ist, um die Möglichkeit zu haben, sich vor dem Wettkampf vorzubereiten. Zudem kann man an den Kochkursen teilnehmen, die von den Stars vergangener Auflagen der TWC geleitet werden, um Tricks und Tipps zu erfahren.
Die Loggia dei Cavalieri wird erneut die Verkaufsausstellung der „leckersten Tiramisù der Welt“ beherbergen, die von den Champions der vergangenen Ausgaben zubereitet werden (Freitag 14:00-18:00, Samstag und Sonntag 10:00-18:00). Hier befindet sich auch die Abschlussstation der Stadtführungen „Die Geschichten des Tiramisù“.
