Il 30 dicembre 2024, dalle 21:00 alle 23:00, il Teatro S. Anna di Treviso accoglie lo Spirit of New Orleans Gospel Choir, un progetto musicale nato dalla tradizione delle chiese battiste di New Orleans e della Louisiana.
L’ensemble rappresenta un autentico omaggio alla musica religiosa afroamericana, combinando lo spirito e l’impegno degli artisti, uniti da un profondo legame di amicizia e da radici comuni nella tradizione gospel.
Composto da dieci elementi, il gruppo ha come nucleo i celebri “Joyful Gospel Singers” arricchiti dalla presenza di alcuni tra i migliori artisti provenienti da altre rinomate formazioni della Louisiana. Grazie a una straordinaria capacità vocale e interpretativa, lo Spirit of New Orleans Gospel Choir crea un’atmosfera di gioiosa condivisione, coinvolgendo il pubblico in un’esperienza musicale emozionante e ricca di significato.
On 30th December 2024, from 21:00 to 23:00, the Teatro S. Anna in Treviso will welcome the Spirit of New Orleans Gospel Choir, a musical project born from the tradition of the Baptist churches of New Orleans and Louisiana.
The ensemble represents an authentic homage to Afro-American religious music, combining the spirit and commitment of the artists, united by a deep bond of friendship and common roots in the gospel tradition. Consisting of ten elements, the group has as its core the famous ‘Joyful Gospel Singers’ enriched by the presence of some of the best artists from other renowned Louisiana ensembles.
Thanks to their extraordinary vocal and interpretative skills, the Spirit of New Orleans Gospel Choir creates an atmosphere of joyful sharing, involving the audience in an exciting and meaningful musical experience.
