The second appointment of the Vivaldi Salons delves into the relationship between Treviso and the knowledge of the works of Antonio Vivaldi through the history of the Italian Institute Antonio Vivaldi.

At Palazzo Bomben, Francesco Fanna, director of the Italian Institute Antonio Vivaldi, and Stefano Trevisi, artistic director of Landscapes, will speak.

The meeting is part of the project “Vivaldi and Treviso”, developed within the context of the residency of the Venice Baroque Orchestra directed by Andrea Marcon. The program pairs concerts with moments of in-depth discussion with scholars and experts, to lead the audience towards 2028, when the 350th anniversary of the composer's birth will be celebrated.

The Vivaldi Salons thus offer a space for conversation and dissemination in which music is also narrated through the people and institutions that have contributed to the study, research, and enhancement of Vivaldi's works.
