On the occasion of the first edition of the Regional Day of the Venetian Paths, promoted by the Veneto Region in collaboration with UNPLI Veneto APS, on Saturday, October 24, and Sunday, October 25, the regional territory invites you to rediscover its paths through slow travel experiences, attentive to the landscape, culture, and inclusion.

On Sunday, October 25, along the Prosecco Hills Path of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, the route “From Castle to Castle” will be traversed, the first accessible itinerary of the network of trails in this territory. The path connects the Castle of San Salvatore in Susegana to the village of Collalto, uniting nature, history, and culture in a unique landscape. From the eighteenth-century Church of the Annunziata, the path runs alongside the walls of the Castle of San Salvatore and continues along the Strada di Collalto, amidst tree-lined segments, woods, and grazing areas, until reaching the village of Collalto, with views towards the pre-Alpine chain.

The excursion lasts 2 and a half hours and is organized in conjunction with the Assi ONLUS association and its president Davide Giozet, also offering people with reduced mobility the opportunity to experience the territory and discover its landscaping and historical heritage.

Departure is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. from the Oratory of Santa Annunziata at Via San Salvatore 11, at the foot of the Castle of San Salvatore in Susegana. Participation is free but requires reservation by calling +39 366 6470095 (Mattia) or sending an email to segreteria@collinepatrimoniomondiale.it.
