Il Comune di Sommacampagna invita la cittadinanza a un incontro pubblico con Pietro Grasso, tra i protagonisti più autorevoli della storia italiana nella lotta alla mafia. Già magistrato, Procuratore Nazionale Antimafia e Presidente del Senato, oggi presidente della Fondazione Scintille di Futuro, Grasso porterà la sua esperienza e la sua testimonianza diretta su uno dei capitoli più significativi della giustizia italiana.
Nel corso dell’incontro presenterà il libro U Maxi. Dentro il processo a Cosa Nostra, un racconto che ripercorre dall’interno il celebre maxi processo alla mafia siciliana, offrendo al pubblico uno sguardo privilegiato sul lavoro della magistratura e sulle sfide affrontate nella difesa della legalità.
L’appuntamento rappresenta un’importante occasione di confronto e riflessione sui temi della giustizia, della memoria e dell’impegno civile, con l’obiettivo di mantenere viva l’attenzione sui valori della legalità e della responsabilità collettiva.

The Municipality of Sommacampagna invites the public to a meeting with Pietro Grasso, one of the most authoritative figures in Italian history in the fight against the mafia. Former magistrate, National Anti-Mafia Prosecutor, and President of the Senate, he is now the president of the Scintille di Futuro Foundation. Grasso will share his experience and direct testimony about one of the most significant chapters of Italian justice.
During the meeting, he will present the book U Maxi. Inside the Trial Against Cosa Nostra, a narrative that retraces from the inside the famous maxi trial against the Sicilian mafia, offering the public a privileged look at the work of the judiciary and the challenges faced in the defense of legality.
This event represents an important opportunity for discussion and reflection on the themes of justice, memory, and civil commitment, with the aim of keeping the focus alive on the values of legality and collective responsibility.
Die Gemeinde Sommacampagna lädt die Bürger zu einem öffentlichen Treffen mit Pietro Grasso ein, einem der angesehensten Protagonisten der italienischen Geschichte im Kampf gegen die Mafia. Ehemaliger Staatsanwalt, Nationaler Antimafia-Prokurator und Präsident des Senats, ist Grasso heute Präsident der Stiftung Scintille di Futuro und wird seine Erfahrungen und seine direkte Zeugenaussage zu einem der bedeutendsten Kapitel der italienischen Justiz präsentieren.
Während des Treffens wird er das Buch U Maxi.
