Arriva finalmente a Custoza l'evento che promuove l’ortaggio invernale tipico di questa località: la 24^ edizione del Broccoletto di Custoza, organizzata dalle associazioni del territorio in collaborazione con l'Amministrazione.
Qui vi attende un programma ricco di eventi e di degustazioni per far conoscere e apprezzare l'ortaggio tipico di queste colline. Tra assaggi, desgustazioni, pranzi e cene in compagnia, sarà un vero e proprio viaggio nei sapori autentici della terra di Custoza. Il cuore dell’evento sarà la tensostruttura riscaldata in Piazza Nuova a Custoza, ma la festa si estenderà anche ai ristoranti dell’Associazione Ristoratori del Custoza, che proporranno serate a tema dedicate a questo prodotto. Inoltre, con "Il Broccoletto in Piazza" gli chef stupiranno gli ospiti con i piatti della cucina tradizionale a base di broccoletto, rivisitati in chiave moderna.
Ma non solo... Ci sarà anche la Broccoletto Bike Run, un percorso da fare in bicicletta organizzato dal Bike Team di Caselle, e la 22^ marcia di Custoza a cura del Gruppo Marciatori Agriform. E per il 2026 arriva anche una grande novità: i “Sabati di Gusto”, per accompagnare i sabati invernali con degustazioni guidate di tre vini in cantina abbinati a prodotti a base di broccoletto. The event that celebrates Custoza’s traditional winter vegetable is finally back: the 24th edition of the Broccoletto di Custoza, organized by local associations in collaboration with the municipal administration.
Visitors can look forward to a rich program of events and tastings designed to showcase and celebrate the typical produce of these hills. Between samples, tastings, convivial lunches and dinners, it will be a true journey through the authentic flavors of the land of Custoza. The heart of the event will be the heated marquee in Piazza Nuova in Custoza, but the festivities will also extend to the restaurants of the Associazione Ristoratori del Custoza, which will host themed evenings dedicated to this local specialty. With “Il Broccoletto in Piazza,” chefs will delight guests with traditional broccoletto-based dishes, reimagined with a modern twist.
But that’s not all… The Broccoletto Bike Run will also take place, a cycling route organized by the Bike Team of Caselle, along with the 22nd Custoza Walk promoted by the Agriform Walking Group. And for 2026, an exciting new feature is being introduced: the “Saturdays of Taste,” dedicated to guided tastings of three wines at the winery, paired with broccoletto-based products. Zwischen Kostproben, Verkostungen, Mittagessen und Abendessen in Gesellschaft wird es eine echte Reise durch die authentischen Geschmäcker der Erde von Custoza. Das Herzstück der Veranstaltung wird die beheizte Zeltstruktur auf dem Piazza Nuova in Custoza sein, aber das Fest wird sich auch auf die Restaurants des Vereins der Gastronomen von Custoza ausdehnen, die thematische Abende zu diesem Produkt anbieten. Darüber hinaus werden die Köche mit "Il Broccoletto in Piazza" die Gäste mit Gerichten der traditionellen Küche auf Broccoletto-Basis, modern interpretiert, überraschen.
Aber nicht nur... Es wird auch die Broccoletto Bike Run, eine Radstrecke, organisiert vom Bike-Team von Caselle, und die 22. Marche di Custoza organisiert von der Gruppe der Wanderer Agriform geben.
