Questo appuntamento dedicato all’alpeggio e alle malghe della Val Fiorentina si rinnova con entusiasmo di anno in anno. Durante la due giorni si potrà assistere ad intrattenimenti musicali, visitare il mercatino di prodotti tipici e dell’artigianato, assaggiare i piatti della tradizione presso lo stand gastronomico, visitare le malghe, ammirare la sfilata del bestiame addobbato a festa, le esibizioni dei gruppi folk, effettuare voli turistici in elicottero e partecipare ad una gara con degustazione di torte; una manifestazione per salutare tutti assieme la fine dell’estate.
This event dedicated to grazing and the mountain huts of Val Fiorentina is renewed with enthusiasm year after year. During the two days, you can enjoy musical entertainment, visit the market of typical products and crafts, taste the dishes of tradition at the food stand, visit the mountain huts, admire the parade of decorated livestock, watch performances by folk groups, take scenic helicopter flights, and participate in a cake tasting competition; an event to collectively bid farewell to summer.
Dieser Termin, der dem Alpeggio und den Malghe im Val Fiorentina gewidmet ist, erneuert sich von Jahr zu Jahr mit Begeisterung. Während der zwei Tage kann man musikalische Unterhaltungen erleben, den Markt für lokale Produkte und Kunsthandwerk besuchen, Gerichte der Tradition an dem gastronomischen Stand probieren, die Malghe besichtigen, die Parade des festlich geschmückten Viehs bewundern, Aufführungen der Folkgruppen sehen, Rundflüge mit dem Hubschrauber machen und an einem Wettbewerb mit Kuchenverkostung teilnehmen; eine Veranstaltung, um gemeinsam den Sommer zu verabschieden.
