REGOLAMENTO
1. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali è aperta ai Soci di tutte le Sezioni del CAI ed ai
simpatizzanti.
2. La partecipazione alle uscite sociali comporta la conoscenza e l’accettazione del
presente regolamento.
3. Per i viaggi di trasferimento si prevede di norma l’uso di mezzi propri, il costo di
eventuali impianti di risalita, pullman o taxi è a carico dei partecipanti.
4. Il Coordinatore dell’uscita ha la facoltà di modificare il programma o annullare la stessa
per ragioni di opportunità o di necessità e si riserva di non accettare l'iscrizione o
escludere in ogni momento i partecipanti che a suo insindacabile giudizio non siano
idonei, per carenza di preparazione o per indisciplina.
5. I minori devono essere accompagnati da un genitore o altro adulto dallo stesso
autorizzato previo consenso del Coordinatore.
6. I partecipanti devono:
a) informarsi all’atto dell’iscrizione presso il Coordinatore dell’uscita, sulle caratteristiche
e difficoltà della stessa e sull’equipaggiamento necessario, garantendo la propria
preparazione tecnica e fisica all’escursione;
b) osservare scrupolosamente le disposizioni date dal Coordinatore dell’uscita;
c) non allontanarsi dal gruppo o prendere iniziative personali senza l’autorizzazione del
Coordinatore dell’uscita.
7. Le iscrizioni: sono obbligatorie e si ricevono telefonicamente al numero del
coordinatore di gita (non si accettano sms) almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio
dell’uscita (gratuite per soci CAI).
I non soci dovranno anche inviare una mail all’indirizzo caprile@cai.it specificando :
cognome e nome data e luogo di nascita indirizzo completo, codice fiscale e numero
telefonico almeno 48 ore prima dell’inizio dell’uscita; la quota di iscrizione,
comprensiva dell’assicurazione è di € 10,00 che non verranno rimborsati in caso di
annullamento. Eventuali prenotazioni giunte oltre tale termine non saranno accettate.
8. Responsabilità
In considerazione dei rischi connessi allo svolgimento dell’attività in montagna ed ai
viaggi di trasferimento, i partecipanti alle escursioni prendono visione, accettano e
osservano il presente regolamento e l’ordinamento del CAI, osservano scrupolosamente
le disposizioni impartite dal Coordinatore dell’uscita e agiscono con la massima diligenza
e correttezza.
I partecipanti liberano la Sezione CAI di CAPRILE, il
Coordinatore dell’uscita ed eventuali suoi collaboratori da ogni
responsabilità per danni a cose di loro proprietà o nella loro
disponibilità che si verifichino nel corso dell’uscita o durante i
viaggi di trasferimento.
REGULATIONS
1. Participation in social outings is open to members of all CAI Sections and to
supporters.
2. Participation in social outings implies knowledge and acceptance of the
present regulations.
3. For transfer trips, it is generally expected to use personal vehicles; the cost of
any lifting systems, buses, or taxis is to be borne by the participants.
4. The outing Coordinator has the authority to modify the program or cancel it
for reasons of opportunity or necessity, and reserves the right to not accept registrations or
exclude at any time participants who, in their sole discretion, are deemed
unsuitable due to lack of preparation or discipline.
5. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or another adult authorized by the same
in advance with the Coordinator's consent.
6. Participants must:
a) inquire at the time of registration with the outing Coordinator about the characteristics
and difficulties of the outing and the necessary equipment, ensuring their own
technical and physical preparation for the hike;
b) scrupulously observe the instructions given by the outing Coordinator;
c) not stray from the group or take personal initiatives without the authorization of the
outing Coordinator.
7. Registrations: are mandatory and can be made by phone at the number of the
trip coordinator (sms will not be accepted) at least 48 hours before the start
of the outing (free for CAI members).
Non-members must also send an email to the address caprile@cai.it specifying:
surname and name, date and place of birth, complete address, tax code and phone number at least 48 hours before the start of the outing; the registration fee,
including insurance, is € 10.00 which will not be refunded in case of
cancellation. Any bookings received after this deadline will not be accepted.
8. Responsibility
Given the risks associated with mountain activities and transfer trips, participants in excursions acknowledge, accept, and
observe these regulations and the rules of CAI, scrupulously adhering to
the instructions provided by the outing Coordinator and act with the utmost diligence
and correctness.
Participants release the CAI Section of CAPRILE, the
outing Coordinator, and any collaborators from any
responsibility for damage to their property or in their
availability that occurs during the outing or during the
transfer trips.
REGELUNG
1. Die Teilnahme an den gesellschaftlichen Ausflügen steht den Mitgliedern aller Sektionen des CAI und den
Sympathisanten offen.
2. Die Teilnahme an den gesellschaftlichen Ausflügen setzt die Kenntnis und Akzeptanz der
vorliegenden Regelung voraus.
3. Für Transferreisen wird in der Regel die Nutzung eigener Fahrzeuge erwartet; die Kosten für
eventuelle Liftanlagen, Bus oder Taxi sind von den Teilnehmern zu tragen.
4. Der Ausflugskoordinator hat das Recht, das Programm zu ändern oder abzubrechen,
wenn es die Umstände erfordern, und behält sich das Recht vor, die Anmeldung nicht zu akzeptieren oder
zu jeder Zeit Teilnehmer auszuschließen, die seiner Meinung nach nicht
geeignet sind, aufgrund mangelnder Vorbereitung oder Disziplinlosigkeit.
5. Minderjährige müssen von einem Elternteil oder einem anderen autorisierten Erwachsenen,
vorher in Absprache mit dem Koordinator, begleitet werden.
6. Die Teilnehmer müssen:
a) sich beim Anmelden beim Koordinator des Ausflugs über die Merkmale
und Schwierigkeiten des Ausflugs und die erforderliche Ausrüstung informieren und garantieren,
dass sie technisch und physisch auf die Wanderung vorbereitet sind;
b) die Anweisungen des Ausflugskoordinators gewissenhaft befolgen;
c) sich nicht von der Gruppe entfernen oder persönliche Initiativen ohne die Genehmigung des
Ausflugskoordinators ergreifen.
7. Anmeldungen: sind erforderlich und werden telefonisch unter der Nummer des
Ausflugskoordinators entgegengenommen (SMS werden nicht akzeptiert) mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn
des Ausflugs (kostenlos für CAI-Mitglieder).
Nicht-Mitglieder müssen auch eine E-Mail an die Adresse caprile@cai.it senden, in der Folgendes angegeben wird:
Nachname, Vorname, Geburtsdatum und -ort, vollständige Adresse, Steueridentifikationsnummer und Telefonnummer mindestens 48 Stunden vor Beginn des Ausflugs; die Anmeldegebühr,
einschließlich der Versicherung, beträgt 10,00 €, die im Falle einer
Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet wird. Eventuelle Buchungen, die nach dieser Frist eingehen, werden nicht akzeptiert.
8. Haftung
In Anbetracht der mit der Durchführung der Aktivitäten in den Bergen und den
Transferfahrten verbundenen Risiken, nehmen die Teilnehmer an den Ausflügen Kenntnis, akzeptieren und
beobachten die vorliegende Regelung und die Ordnung des CAI, befolgen gewissenhaft
die Anweisungen des Ausflugskoordinators und handeln mit größter Sorgfalt
und Anstand.
Die Teilnehmer entbinden die Sektion CAI von CAPRILE, den
Ausflugskoordinator und dessen Mitarbeiter von jeglicher
Haftung für Schäden an ihrem Eigentum oder in ihrem
Besitz, die während des Ausflugs oder während der
Transferfahrten auftreten.
