Ritrovo al piazzale dei pullman a Santo Stefano alle ore 8:30, con i propri mezzi si raggiunge la val Visdende da Plenta. Partenza da Costa D'Antola e si sale lungo il sentiero 170 che porta a Malga Chivion per poi proseguire.
Difficoltà: E (escursionistica). Tempo: 4,5h circa. Dislivello: 420mt circa. Distanza: 9km.
Attrezzatura: abbigliamento a cipolla, berretto, guanti, ghette, scarponcini, ciaspole e bastoncini con racchetta.

Meeting at the bus station in Santo Stefano at 8:30 AM, then traveling by private means to reach the Val Visdende from Plenta. Departure from Costa D'Antola and ascending along trail 170 that leads to Malga Chivion before continuing.

Treffen am Busbahnhof in Santo Stefano um 8:30 Uhr, mit eigenen Fahrzeugen erreicht man das Val Visdende von Plenta. Abfahrt von Costa D'Antola und Aufstieg entlang des Weges 170, der zur Malga Chivion führt, um dann weiterzugehen.
