Torna l'appuntamento a Santa Lucia di Piave con "Mastro Birraio", la Fiera della Birra Artigianale arrivata quest'anno alla sua decima edizione.
Nei tre diversi weekend di apertura, sarà possibile degustare birre di birrifici provenienti da tutta Italia, ma anche diversi piatti e gastronomie d'eccellenza. "Mastro Birraio - Fiera della Birra Artigianale" è un appuntamento con il mondo della produzione di birra artigianale, seguendo la filiera che ha origine dalle materie prime, continua con la mescita, e termina con la promozione e la vendita.
Protagonisti sono i birrifici artigianali e diverse gastronomie d’eccellenza per rendere l'evento un momento per diffondere informazioni e addentrarsi in una conoscenza più approfondita sulla birra. Tutto questo grazie al ricco programma che include degustazioni, abbinamenti con il cibo e dimostrazioni di produzione.
Partecipare a Mastro Birraio è un'ottima opportunità per mangiare piatti speciali in abbinamento con birre buone e genuine: le gastronomie offrono specialità italiane come i cannoli siciliani, la focaccia pugliese, il fritto all'ascolana, la fiorentina alla brace, gli arrosticini abruzzesi, gli hamburger di Chianina, la porchetta di Santa Lucia, i club sandwich di Jesolo, le bombette pugliesi, l'angolo del cioccolato e la bottega delle caramelle.
Immancabili gli eventi dal vivo con Divina Show, Vertical Smile, Toys, Radiosboro, Orion, Absolute 5, ACIDI, PinkArmada e Marco Ligabue e le domeniche attività dedicate ai bambini.
The appointment is back in Santa Lucia di Piave with 'Mastro Birraio', the Craft Beer Fair now in its tenth edition. On the three different weekends, it will be possible to taste beers from breweries from all over Italy, as well as various excellent dishes and gastronomy.

Die Verabredung ist zurück in Santa Lucia di Piave mit "Mastro Birraio", der Craft Beer Messe, die nun schon zum zehnten Mal stattfindet. An den drei verschiedenen Wochenenden kann man Biere von Brauereien aus ganz Italien probieren, dazu gibt es verschiedene ausgezeichnete Gerichte und Gastronomie.
"Mastro Birraio - Fiera della Birra Artigianale" ist ein Treffen mit der Welt der handwerklichen Bierherstellung, das die Lieferkette von den Rohstoffen über den Ausschank bis hin zu Werbung und Verkauf verfolgt. Die Protagonisten sind handwerkliche Brauereien und verschiedene Spitzengastronomien, um die Veranstaltung zu einem Moment der Information und der Vertiefung des Wissens über Bier zu machen. All dies dank des reichhaltigen Programms, das Verkostungen, Food Pairings und Produktionsvorführungen umfasst.
Die Teilnahme an Mastro Birraio ist eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, besondere Gerichte in Kombination mit guten, echten Bieren zu genießen: Die Feinkostläden bieten italienische Spezialitäten wie sizilianische Cannoli, apulische Focaccia, Fritto all'ascolana, gegrilltes florentinisches Steak, abruzzesische Arrosticini, Burger aus Chianina, Porchetta aus Santa Lucia, Club-Sandwiches aus Jesolo, apulische Bombette, die Schokoladenecke und den Süßwarenladen.
