Nella località Santa Libera si trova l’antico mulino, le cui ruote erano funzionanti già nel 1526 e che fino al 1980, anno delle chiusura dell’attività, passò di mano in mano tra le famiglie nobili locali e veneziane.
Il mulino di Santa Libera racconta una storia di molti secoli, legata al territorio di Santa Giustina e alle acque del torrente Veses. Già nel 1526 erano in funzione le due ruote da farina, e nei secoli si sono avvicendati diversi proprietari, spesso famiglie nobili locali o veneziane. Fu chiuso dagli ultimi proprietari, la famiglia Zanandrea, nel 1981. L’edificio del mulino, di due piani, fa parte di un’antica corte rurale, con al piano terra gli impianti e l’attrezzatura per la molitura e al piano superiore il granaio. Grazie all’amministrazione comunale di Santa Giustina, nel 2004 il mulino è stato recuperato e restituito al pubblico. Visite guidate a richiesta con possibilità di prova di macinatura, laboratori didattici, escursioni e visite guidate lungo le antiche vie d’acqua del territorio di Santa Giustina che conducono al Mulino di Santa Libera a Salzan.
In the locality of Santa Libera lies the ancient mill, whose wheels were already operational in 1526 and which, until its closure in 1980, changed hands among the local and Venetian noble families.
The mill of Santa Libera tells a story spanning many centuries, connected to the territory of Santa Giustina and the waters of the Veses stream. As early as 1526, two flour wheels were in operation, and over the centuries, various owners took turns, often local or Venetian noble families. It was closed by its last owners, the Zanandrea family, in 1981. The two-story mill building is part of an ancient rural courtyard, with the milling equipment and installations on the ground floor and the granary on the upper floor. Thanks to the municipal administration of Santa Giustina, in 2004 the mill was restored and reopened to the public. Guided tours are available upon request, with opportunities for milling demonstrations, educational workshops, excursions, and guided visits along the ancient waterways of the Santa Giustina territory that lead to the Mill of Santa Libera in Salzan.

Dank der Gemeindeverwaltung von Santa Giustina wurde die Mühle 2004 restauriert und der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht.
