Descrizione

Food is one of the most powerful forms of material culture: it tells us who we have been, how we have transformed landscapes, and how communities have built their identity over time.
In this spirit, "Archeology at the Table. Ancient Stories, Living Flavors" is born, a new exhibition promoted in collaboration with the Vita Down Social Cooperative and a network of agri-food partners, at the historic residence Casa Vittoria in San Polo di Piave (TV). A project of cultural dissemination that puts scientific research, history, and the table into dialogue, transforming academic data into an experience of knowledge and conviviality.
