Immaginate di trovarvi in alcune fra le migliori cantine della Valpolicella, dove vengono custoditi con cura i segreti per la produzione degli eccellenti vini rossi locali, e allo stesso tempo essere circondati da opere d'arte mentre degustate un calice di Valpolicella o di Recioto.
Questo è il Val Polis Cellae, organizzato dalla Strada del Vino Valpolicella per Domenica 12 Ottobre!
6 percorsi immersi nelle vallate della Valpolicella, alla scoperta delle peculiarità che ognuna riserva al vino e che ogni cantina valorizza con orgoglio.
Dalle 10:00 alle 18:00 le 27 cantine partecipanti terranno aperte le porte, per appassionati, curiosi, enoturisti che potranno visitare le aziende e assaggiarne i prodotti, godere di momenti d'arte e cultura ambientati tra cortili, bottaie e sale di degustazione dove artisti e artigiani locali esporranno le loro opere.
Ogni azienda aderente all'iniziativa sarà lieta di offrire una visita guidata e una degustazione dei propri vini della Valpolicella.
Sarà anche possibile pranzare con piatti tipici e prodotti del territorio, serviti in collaborazione con i ristoranti locali, acquistare i vini o altri prodotti.
Un evento da non perdere dove arte, natura e sapori saranno protagonisti di questo meraviglioso territorio: la Valpolicella.

And at the same time be surrounded by works of art until you taste a glass of Amarone or Recioto combined with the flavors of the area.
This is Val Polis Cellae, the flagship event organized by the Valpolicella Wine Route for the second Sunday of October and attended by many people every year, both passionate about wine but also just curious!
Each year specific routes are decided upon which some of the best wineries in the area are associated with, which will offer a tasting of their wines, an art exhibition with local artists, a guided tour of the company and, in some cases, even a typical Veronese specialty.
The goal is in fact to keep alive the combination of art-gastronomy-wine-discovery of the territory and its products.
This year the date of the event is 12 October and from 10 am to 6 pm the 27 participating wineries will open their doors to enthusiasts, tourists and onlookers!
The planned routes are 6, in order to represent the valleys of the Valpolicella.

6 Routen, die in den Tälern der Valpolicella eingebettet sind, um die Besonderheiten zu entdecken, die jede für den Wein bereithält und die jede Kellerei mit Stolz wertschätzt.
Von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr haben die 27 teilnehmenden Weinkellereien geöffnet, für Enthusiasten, Neugierige, Weintouristen, die die Betriebe besuchen und deren Produkte probieren können, Momente von Kunst und Kultur genießen werden, die in Höfen, Fässern und Degustationsräumen stattfinden, wo lokale Künstler und Handwerker ihre Werke ausstellen.
Jedes Unternehmen, das an der Initiative teilnimmt, freut sich, eine geführte Tour und eine Verkostung der eigenen Weine aus Valpolicella anzubieten.
Es wird auch möglich sein, typische Gerichte und Produkte aus der Region zu essen, die in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Restaurants serviert werden, sowie Weine oder andere Produkte zu kaufen.
Ein Event, das man nicht verpassen sollte, wo Kunst, Natur und Aromen die Protagonisten dieses wunderbaren Gebiets sein werden: die Valpolicella.
