La Festa della Zucca è una manifestazione organizzata dalla Pro Loco Salzano, giunta alla trentunesima edizione, dedicata alla valorizzazione di questo prodotto autunnale e delle tradizioni enogastronomiche locali.
L'evento propone uno stand enogastronomico con specialità a base di zucca e non solo, affiancato da un servizio di pizzeria, cicchetteria e birreria, oltre a un angolo dedicato ai dolci a base di zucca.
Tra le attività in programma figura una dimostrazione di intaglio della zucca, che permette di scoprire tecniche artigianali legate alla lavorazione dell'ortaggio.
La manifestazione ospita inoltre una mostra con vendita di prodotti artigianali e agroalimentari regionali, offrendo uno spazio di promozione per le realtà del territorio.
Il programma è arricchito da spettacoli e da un concorso a premi suddiviso in diverse categorie, pensato per premiare le migliori zucche presentate dai partecipanti.
L'iniziativa si svolge nel centro di Salzano con il patrocinio del Comune e il coinvolgimento di diverse realtà associative locali e regionali.
The Pumpkin Festival is an event organized by the Pro Loco Salzano, now in its thirty-first edition, dedicated to promoting this autumn product and local food and wine traditions.
The event features a food stand with pumpkin-based specialties and more, alongside a pizzeria, cicchetteria, and brewery service, as well as a corner dedicated to pumpkin desserts.
Among the scheduled activities is a pumpkin carving demonstration, which allows visitors to discover artisanal techniques related to processing the vegetable.
The event also hosts an exhibition with the sale of regional artisan and agri-food products, providing a promotional space for local realities.
The program is enhanced by shows and a prize competition divided into different categories, aimed at rewarding the best pumpkins presented by participants.
The initiative takes place in the center of Salzano with the sponsorship of the municipality and the involvement of various local and regional associative realities.
Das Kürbisfest ist eine Veranstaltung, die von der Pro Loco Salzano organisiert wird und die einunddreißigste Auflage erreicht hat. Es widmet sich der Aufwertung dieses herbstlichen Produkts und der lokalen gastronomischen Traditionen.
Die Veranstaltung bietet einen gastronomischen Stand mit Spezialitäten auf Kürbisbasis und mehr, sowie einen Pizzaservice, eine Weinbar und ein Biergarten, zusätzlich gibt es eine Ecke für Süßigkeiten auf Kürbisbasis.
Zu den angebotenen Aktivitäten gehört eine Kürbis schnitzdemonstration, die es ermöglicht, handwerkliche Techniken zur Verarbeitung des Gemüses zu entdecken.
Die Veranstaltung beherbergt außerdem eine Ausstellung mit dem Verkauf von handwerklichen und regionalen Agrarprodukten und bietet einen Raum zur Förderung lokaler Produzenten.
Das Programm wird durch Aufführungen und einen Wettbewerb mit Preisen in verschiedenen Kategorien bereichert, der dazu gedacht ist, die besten Kürbisse der Teilnehmer auszuzeichnen.
Die Initiative findet im Zentrum von Salzano mit der Schirmherrschaft der Gemeinde und der Beteiligung verschiedener lokaler und regionaler Vereine statt.
