La giornata prende il via alle 9.30 con Tra ville, sapori e botteghe: pedalando nella storia di Salizzole, un percorso in bicicletta fino alle 12.30 per conoscere il patrimonio e le realtà del territorio, con tappe dedicate a ville, produzioni e antichi mestieri.
Dalle 12.00 alle 14.30 sarà protagonista la cucina locale con il pranzo dedicato ai Momi di Donna Verde, piatto tipico di Salizzole, mentre nello stesso arco della giornata, dalle 12.00 alle 15.00, la musica accompagnerà la PIASE Gravel Afterparty.
Il pomeriggio proseguirà alle 15.00 con West End Blues: Il viaggio di Louis, spettacolo musicale dedicato a Louis Armstrong, in programma fino alle 17.00, mentre dalle 15.00 alle 16.30 i più creativi potranno partecipare alla Ciclo-Officina della Fantasia, un laboratorio pensato dall’Associazione La Tela di Leo.
A chiudere il programma, dalle 17.00 alle 18.00, sarà lo Show Cooking: Prepariamo i Momi!, dedicato alla preparazione del piatto simbolo di Salizzole, seguito da un aperitivo finale.
Le attività si svolgeranno a Salizzole, con riferimento al Castello di Salizzole, Piazza Castello 29, e coinvolgeranno diverse realtà del territorio, mettendo insieme cultura, enogastronomia, musica e partecipazione.
The day kicks off at 9.30 with Between Villas, Flavors, and Shops: Cycling through the History of Salizzole, a bicycle tour until 12.30 to discover the heritage and realities of the area, with stops dedicated to villas, productions, and ancient crafts.
From 12.00 to 2.30, local cuisine will take center stage with lunch dedicated to the Momi di Donna Verde, a typical dish of Salizzole, while during the same time frame, from 12.00 to 3.00, music will accompany the PIASE Gravel Afterparty.
The afternoon will continue at 3.00 with West End Blues: The Journey of Louis, a musical performance dedicated to Louis Armstrong, scheduled until 5.00, while from 3.00 to 4.30, the most creative will have the opportunity to participate in the Cycle-Workshop of Imagination, a workshop designed by the Association La Tela di Leo.
To close the program, from 5.00 to 6.00, there will be the Show Cooking: Let's Prepare the Momi!, dedicated to the preparation of the symbolic dish of Salizzole, followed by a final aperitif.
The activities will take place in Salizzole, referring to Castello di Salizzole, Piazza Castello 29, and will involve various local entities, bringing together culture, food and wine, music, and participation.
