Yoga tra gli alberi, bagni di gong, Tai Chi, massaggi e tanto altro… una giornata tutta dedicata allo star bene! Il Parco Frassanelle si riempie di attività per il corpo e per la mente, da vivere all’aria aperta e immersi nella natura dei Colli Euganei.
Biglietti acquistabili on line sul sito del Parco oppure acquistabili sul posto il giorno stesso dell’evento direttamente al punto della biglietteria.
Programma della giornata: bagni di gong – ti sdrai e ti lasci avvolgere dalle vibrazioni del gong… un’esperienza che rilassa davvero; yoga e hatha yoga – per ritrovare equilibrio, respiro e un po’ di calma; tai chi – movimenti lenti e armoniosi, una specie di meditazione in movimento; massaggi – per sciogliere le tensioni e ricaricarsi; percorsi sensoriali con videoproiezione – un viaggio tra luci, immagini e sensazioni; camminata metabolica – si cammina insieme, con la tecnica giusta, e il corpo si riattiva; olistica e numerologia – per scoprire qualcosa in più su di sé; inoltre truccabimbi, laboratorio pittorico su diversi materiali, laboratorio di mosaico e mandala.
Durante la giornata sarà inoltre possibile visitare la Villa, le grotte e il Parco. Bar attivo per tutto l’arco dell’evento con gelati, birre artigianali, bibite, caffè, Punto ristoro a cura dell’ azienda agricola Valle Madonnina.
Yoga among the trees, gong baths, Tai Chi, massages, and much more... a full day dedicated to well-being! Frassanelle Park comes alive with activities for the body and mind, to be experienced outdoors and immersed in the nature of the Euganean Hills.
Tickets can be purchased online on the Park's website or bought on-site on the day of the event directly at the ticket office.
Program of the day: gong baths – lie down and let the vibrations of the gong envelop you... an experience that truly relaxes; yoga and hatha yoga – to regain balance, breath, and a bit of calm; tai chi – slow and harmonious movements, a form of moving meditation; massages – to release tension and recharge; sensory paths with video projection – a journey through lights, images, and sensations; metabolic walking – walking together with the right technique to reactivate the body; holistic and numerology – to discover something more about oneself; additionally, face painting for kids, a painting workshop on different materials, a mosaic workshop, and mandalas.
During the day, it will also be possible to visit the Villa, the caves, and the Park. The bar will be active throughout the event with ice creams, craft beers, soft drinks, coffee, and a refreshment point managed by the Valle Madonnina agricultural company.
Yoga zwischen den Bäumen, Gongbäder, Tai Chi, Massagen und vieles mehr... ein ganzer Tag, der dem Wohlbefinden gewidmet ist! Der Park Frassanelle füllt sich mit Aktivitäten für Körper und Geist, die man im Freien und inmitten der Natur der Euganeischen Hügel erleben kann.
Tickets können online auf der Website des Parks oder am Veranstaltungstag direkt an der Kasse erworben werden.
Programm des Tages: Gongbäder – man liegt und lässt sich von den Schwingungen des Gongs umhüllen... eine Erfahrung, die wirklich entspannt; Yoga und Hatha Yoga – um Gleichgewicht, Atem und ein wenig Ruhe zu finden; Tai Chi – langsame und harmonische Bewegungen, eine Art Meditation in Bewegung; Massagen – um Spannungen zu lösen und neue Energie zu tanken; sensorische Rundgänge mit Videoprojektion – eine Reise durch Licht, Bilder und Empfindungen; metabolisches Gehen – wir gehen gemeinsam mit der richtigen Technik, und der Körper wird aktiviert; ganzheitlich und Numerologie – um mehr über sich selbst herauszufinden; außerdem Kinderschminken, Malwerkstatt mit verschiedenen Materialien, Mosaik- und Mandalaworkshops.
Während des Tages wird es auch möglich sein, die Villa, die Höhlen und den Park zu besichtigen. Eine Bar ist während der gesamten Veranstaltung geöffnet und bietet Eiscreme, handwerkliche Biere, Erfrischungsgetränke, Kaffee, Snackpunkt des Landwirtschaftsbetriebs Valle Madonnina.
